New menu! Pretty affordable dishes $19.99. A little less flavorful drink Strawberry Passion Colada’. Biscuits good and soup recipe was a little different. Snow crab and fried shrimp was great. Yes I finished my plate- it was good, I would return.

We recently visited again, and as always, the service was top tier. We’ve started going back to Red Lobster lately, and each time the servers have been attentive, courteous, and professional. In 2026—when customer service often feels like it has taken a decline—it’s truly refreshing to see young staff members who are well-trained and genuinely committed to providing an excellent experience.

TLDR: if you typically like red lobster, you’ll enjoy this location. The food is on par with other locations, as is the service and ambience.

I’m leaving a late review, but we visited during lobster fest and we’re happy to find that they brought back the lobster bisque!!’ Hooray! We love a lobster bisque! While red lobster’s isn’t the “fine dine” of bisques, it always has that familiar flavor to savor, so I’ll always order a bowl when I can. That way, when I’m taken away to cedar bay, I can dunk the biscuits in the bisque and WHAT A LOVELY TREAT THAT IS!

I ordered the BAR HARBOR LOBSTER BAKE
(Split Maine lobster tails with shrimp, mussels and fresh tomatoes, over linguini in a garlic and white wine broth.) it was super tasty and a good deal price wise (compared to dishes from other seafood restaurants). I didn’t finish it, brought the leftovers home and they were still good the next day!

I’m honestly not exactly sure what my bf ordered- there may have been a substitution of some sort? But pictures I see a grilled lobster tail, lobster scampi and a side of rice and a side of lobster Mac n cheese (no breadcrumbs). He enjoyed his meal quite a bit.

For dessert, we got the BROWNIE OVERBOARD® (Warm brownie wedges served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Topped with caramel, fudge and whipped cream.) It was huge, so definitely a good one to split . I also got a kahlua and coffee (probably not the actual name of the drink- there was a special and I didn’t manage to get a picture of it) which went perfectly with the dessert. We were stuffed!

Our server was very nice and accommodating, our booth was comfy, and our food came out quickly and hot. Overall, we had a good experience and would visit again.

The Surf N Turf was a 7/10 it wasn’t the best. The biscuits were good but something about this cost seemed off I don’t know what but it wasn’t my best experience at a Red Lobster even though everything was on point. The only reason it’s 5 ⭐️s is because there was a gun shaped crouton.

We bought take-out for the sheer reason that I’m recovering from an injury. I ordered bacon wrapped scallops, Ceasar salad and clam chowder. The soup and salad were fine, but could have used more seasoning. The scallops were RAW. They were completely uncooked, untouched by a pan and freezing. I was very disappointed. I’m also shocked that you don’t include lemon, salt, and pepper in your carry out orders automatically. Your commercials are filled with pics of seared scallops dripping in lemon juice and butter. I spent nearly $50 and found it to be a waste of money.

Unfortunately I feel they have gone down hill a bit. The best thing about our meal was the Cheddar Bay Biscuits and the stuffed mushrooms we had as an appetizer. It’s disappointing to go to a restaurant that specializes in seafood but the cooks don’t seem to know how to cook it. The scallops we ordered I could have bounced off the table like a bouncy ball and probably would have enjoyed them much more. Pretty much everything we ordered was overcooked. Not a great experience at all.

Love Red Lobsterfest but it seems every other order we have something missing. This time it was my husband’s bacon mac and cheese. I don’t usually make a fuss on things as I’m understanding cause things happen. I work retail so I do know. Its just is odd that it happens with Red Lobster every other order. You guys put out amazing dishes and we can only afford you once a year. Please let someone know to double check each order before putting it in the bag.

It was my boyfriends turn to pick date night, and this is where he picked. I would have never picked this because of past experiences. Well, this visit was worse than any of my past experiences. The place is looking run down. The tables were looking bad; my platter was all scratched up. Our service was okay, she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there either. She never asks for drink refills, but she was friendly. My boyfriend got the grilled salmon, lobster and shrimp meal. He ate his even though he never got butter to dip his lobster in and most of the food was cold. But he will actually eat almost anything. I got the Admirals Feast which I only ate the shrimp. Partly my fault because it was so dark in there, I couldn’t read the menu I didn’t realize every was deep fried, I’ve never even heard of deep-fried scallops. Actually, everything tasted microwaved. The fish and scallops were worse the something you’d buy in the frozen section of a grocery store. The mashed potatoes were cold. Fries were cold and under cooked. Nothing was actually hot. My margarita tasted like it was just a mix and didn’t even have a salted rim. For a Saturday night the place was dead, and I can see why. I can’t believe they are still in business. After I posted this, I looked at other reviews, it looks like all the good reviews were due to a waitress named Tami or her friends and family are reviewing. If only they could get a cook that is a good as it sounds like Tami is at waitressing.
