Been there a few times before and and the sandwiches were always good but not this time. The lettuce was wilted and brown. Nasty!
When you go to pay with a card, the card reader displays “Tip amount” before showing you the price of the food. You have to push the green button to clear it before you can see the amount or put a tip on. Greedy.

I ordered online for instore pickup. Upon arriving my order was placed on table where they sit the pick up orders. I had a combo. My chips was not in the bag and my drink was not made. I also ordered a pickle and a cookie and neither was in there as well. No medium lids at drink station. Had to wait in line and ask for one of those as well. This defeated the whole purpose of ordering online. Just for me to come in and have to bag/ask for everything. Given it was 4 workers in store!

I’m done with this location. First off I’d like to say that I have a hard time hearing when kids are screaming in the background or other loud background noises. The woman behind the counter spoke so quietly even after I asked her several times to repeat herself, she would just say it again not getting any louder. I finally left it with my wife to finish our order and walked away. She was extremely rude and acted as if she would rather be anywhere but at work. She was playing on her phone the whole time and the guy ahead of us had a time trying to get her attention as well as several people after us. Her whole attitude was terrible and has no business at the front counter greeting customers. This woman stayed on her phone the whole time while all the other employees were busy working. I will say that our order was exactly what we ordered and the food tasted good.

My whole order was wrong, they were NOT busy at all just screwing around when we got there to pick up my order. I was highly disappointed with the messy way they wrapped the sandwich’s. I took time to add names on the sandwich’s and it was not labeled. There was avocado ALL OVER the outsides in the bread and paper was WRAPPED INTO the sandwich. I know the standards jimmy normally has and this was NOT IT!

Unfortunately, I am giving this Jimmy John’s a 1 star and here is the reason. I came in on Saturday (August 10, 2024) during lunch time. I ordered my usual which is the Beach Club. I’ve never had a problem with that particular sandwich until now.
I ate the sandwich roughly around 12.30 pm and I did notice an odd smell. The turkey was tasting like fish… I was already halfway down the sandwich and I just knew something was odd so I smelled the turkey and this foul odor of fish was coming from it. I had to stop eating it and threw it out.
Fast foward 8 hours later at night I started getting awful body chills and body aches. My body also started to run hot!! I immediately fell sick to my stomach and threw up.
If this is not food poisoning, I don’t know what it is. It is now August 11, 2024 early morning and I woke up still feeling awful with high body temperature and body aches.
I will definitely NOT be ordering food from this location again and highly disappointed this even happened. You need to NOT leave your meat out exposed for too long especially during these VERY HOT days in Bossier, Louisiana.
Have a better protocol for your employees! They’re due for a “Meat Handling and Storage Procedures” meeting.

Walked in to two workers just standing there. Didn’t say welcome to Jimmy johns nothing basically had to walk up and just order. The one girl looked like she was bored with her hand holding up her head. Never told me my total. Didn’t give a receipt. And when given my sandwich just put it on counter and didn’t even acknowledge me,give me napkins or anything. To busy talking to co worker. Very awkward. 11/14/24 lunch time about 1230.
