Big Breakfast Burrito with hashbrowns & my free pancake stack to celebrate national pancake day was delicious! Made 3 meals out of this $12 (+ tax & tip) meal. Very good tasting as always. Great friendly service from wait staff. Classic ihop diner like atmosphere.

I had heard a lot about the pancakes at IHOP, so my friends and I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the hype. The waitress seemed a bit rude, and the cleanliness of the place was disappointing — even the dishes didn’t feel properly cleaned. To top it off, some of the seats were torn, which just added to the overall shabby vibe.
Food-wise, it was just okay. The chicken fajita omelette and the pancakes were definitely the highlights, but the rest of the items we tried were pretty average. What made it worse was the incredibly slow service, which really tested our patience.
Overall, we expected a much better experience and probably won’t be coming back.

I was very happy here. Bobbi Gillispie was our server. She was awesome. There was another young lady there taking our order as well. Her name is Victoria Everything was perfect. The food was delicious. The service was great. The atmosphere was great. I definitely will go there again.

Stopped here for lunch omw to downtown GR and the food and service wasn’t bad. Their country fried steak was good and that came with their eggs, hash browns, and 2 pancakes. They’re eggs were ok. Their hash browns and pancakes were good though. The workers here were friendly and service overall was good. Not a bad Ihop location to go to.

Demetrius was an amazing server and our food was excellent. I had a party of 8 walk in and they sat us within 10 minutes even though they were slammed. highly recommend this location and server!!

Went here tonight, waited for 15 minutes to be seated and no one ever came to seat us. Another couple had been waiting longer, they never were seated either. One lady said she would be with us in a minute then we heard her say she was going on break. We both left. Looked like they only had one server working and orders were stacked up waiting to go to tables. Can’t even imagine how long it would have taken to have gotten our food once we ordered.They weren’t even busy! TERRIBLE service.

Hi My experience today was truly unacceptable. I was made to wait for 30 minutes, a ridiculous duration. When I entered the store and asked ‘how long it will take,’ I should have received a reasonable estimate, an approximate time like 20 or 30 minutes, not vague comments like ‘shortly’. If the time was unacceptable, I would have left and cancelled. Drivers do not get hourly pay, and our time is wasted with these delays for a mere 5 dollar payout. The lack of communication and blatant disregard for drivers was truly disappointing.Please try to understand our situation thank you

We went for our granddaughter’s birthday breakfast. Food was hot and good but very slow to arrive. There was 6 of us and we were seated quickly. The waitress was good. Our drinks arrived quickly but the food took about 45 minutes to start arriving.

I was visiting Michigan to see some family a few weeks or so ago, and we decided to stop in for some food because we saw that there were good deals. Food was sub par, at best. Service was ok, but there seemed to be quite a lot of tension between the employees. We saw one server, named Jada (I made sure to ask who she was because I wanted to write this review eventually after getting settled in after my visit) accost another employee in front of us and other patrons. Seriously, so rude to this poor girl, she looked so embarrassed. It was extremely unprofessional and made the rest of our visit to this establisment really uncomfortable. Me, or any of my family that reside in Michigan, wont ever step foot in this location again.
