The store is bright and airy now but the team are doom and gloom. Terrible service and only the bare necessity in communication. I made an effort to be joyful myself and polite but still got no rise nor any form of reciprocation. I’d just use the app but they don’t allow discounts at this location via the app.
Edit: Recent trip(7/13/25) confirms my initial review with a very similar experience. Still poor service, no coupon use through the app, id like to add it’s like eating a taco the way they assemble a sandwich here.

The lead employee was extremely rude
not only to us but to the other employees.
We were asking for different vegetables on our nachos with additional and we were more than willing to pay for them and we were informed that wasn’t an option. We’ve never been to a subway that didn’t cater to the customers wishes. It was an embarrassing situation for the other employees.

I ordered online and left specific instructions to both of my subs to be toasted and when we got home. The subs were cold and you could tell they haven’t been toasted. I like to know if the employees can read or not.

Food is usually good. Service could use improving. Several times in the past month when I have stopped in to get a sub I have to wait on 3 to 7 online orders to be made before I get helped. How is this fair to me to make me wait while you make their subs. I do not order online anywhere because I don’t want my credit card number and information out there. I guess I will have to either get used to playing second fiddle to the online orders or go elsewhere.

The reason I’m giving a one star review is because while the staff is friendly and overall atmosphere was great they don’t practice Good food sanitation. I came in on 11/28/22 and ordered a chicken sub and after eating it I got very sick!! I believe it was a case of mild salmonella and was sick for around 24 hours. Because of this I can’t trust the restaurant to keep their food clean and employees to wash their hands! Very embarrassing!

We love Subway. Decent nutrition that tastes great. They were slammed when we got there and we had to wait – which I understand, but consistency between sandwich builds was wildly different between which employee was building your sandwich. We’ll be back because we love the sandwiches.
