The interior of this one is so nice. And it was CLEAN. The staff was nice and my fries came out perfect today. Minus one star because of last time…my fries should have been thrown in the trash but they served them to me in the drive thru and I noticed too late.

I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 kids meals and 2 meals. After asking if one or the burgers for the kids meals could be remade without cheese, the lady at the second window told me they were most likely already made. I proceeded to ask to have it remade and she caught and attitude, snatched the ticket from the wall and started shouting the situation to the back. After having us wait for 10-15 mins we finally got our food. We drive a few blocks till my Fiancé decided to give the kids their food. Deciding to look at ours as well he noticed our fries hadn’t been salted and he had been given the wrong food, my order also had no sauce which I offered to pay for and they assured would be in the bag. Very disappointed in the service and lack of courtesy.

We ordered online 10 minutes before we parked. As soon as we checked in on the app in parking spot #2, the app said our food was done and was being brought out. After waiting 15 minutes and watching at least 20 cars leave the drive through, we had to walk inside to get our cold food (that the app said had already been delivered).

I really wish management would offer a refund or a gift card instead of large sizes of food that I did not want or ask for. Unbelievable. This McDonald’s charges more than any location in town, and they have the rudest staff and management. My order is wrong more here than at any other in Wichita Falls. It doesn’t help me that you forgot my small fry when you give me a huge one with absolutely no salt. Disgusting.

Fast food service on point. Charge me for cheese, didn’t put it on both sandwiches.. go back around the window to fix it.. they had it back in no longer then 20 secs. Same old chicken sandwich with cold cheese.

I never have any issues at this McDonald’s! Super clean inside, good vibes. I get breakfast here often and it’s always quick to come out. My McMuffin always comes out looking great, never bad like other locations.

Employees are usually pretty nice. Just dislike being asked “what else” every 10 seconds in the drive thru. They seem to struggle with getting the order correct. We’re often missing an item or something was made incorrectly

Initially a one star, but I called and manager Sherri(I hope I spelled it right), made it right with us. There was a bit of a wait this morning as they were just getting opened and they made us one size smaller on both our drinks, but I called and she said for us to come back soon and get two more on the house. Thank you guys so much, we all make mistakes but what matters is you guys made it right! Five stars is what you deserve!

Ordered an iced coffee. Waited 20 minutes while people after me got their FOOD!! asked about my order,was told they messed the first one up and was making a new one. Saw not one person working on it waited a few more minutes and nothing. Finally just asked for a refund and left. Never going back to that location.
