First time trying Pura Lima in Wayzata after walking out of Chipotle after a once again disappointing visit. I tried a carne asada, grilled chicken, and carnitas tacos that were phenomenal. My favorite was the carnitas. Roberto & Abel gave us outstanding costumer service and were very attentive. Will definitely return and try all of the other menu options.

My best friend and I went to meet and celebrate her birthday at PURALIMA today and they made sure the day was extra special. They went the extra mile, letting us try the yummy frozen limeade, singing her Happy Birthday, offering a meal, conversation, and it all made for an extra special afternoon. The food was outstanding, which is why we went, but the service was above and beyond and we can’t wait to go back again. They were selling Be Kind bracelets that we had to grab, and the message could not ring more true about how they treat others. Thank you to Roberto and all of the wonderful staff for a great lunch and birthday celebration! We’ll be back soon!

Wayzata puralima is absolutely amazing! The team is incredible so organized, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The service was top-tier from start to finish, and everything ran so smoothly. Underwhelming. Most of the ingredients have been sitting around for a while, a long shot from Fresh. The rice was dry and hard. Food had little flavor. Service was attentive though I had to wait for 15 minutes for fresh shrimp, while my Wife got cold cauliflower scraped off the bottom of the pan. The Cry Baby Craig hot sauce had more flavor than anything else there. Most likely won’t be back.

This restaurant is amazing! My friend and I were greeted by Roberto, Feruza, and Santos, with a welcoming smile. They were perfect and the food and atmosphere were great. It was easy to talk and connect! The food was fantastic and way better than chipotle!

Puralima is hands down my go-to fast Mexican grab-and-go spot. I always get the elote chicken bowl and it never misses — the portions are huge, the food is always fresh, and the flavors are on point every time. The staff is great and super friendly, the atmosphere is awesome, and the bathrooms are very nice and always clean. Easily the best fast Mexican food I’ve had. Great spot! Highly recommend.

Yesterday I had lunch at the restaurant in Wayzata fantastic food loved it the staff they were amazing. I saw young families there and extended families. Having a very good time enjoying a meal. I love this place had the steak bowl and chips and guac. The corn salsa is amazing. The team looked a little shorthanded, but they handled it just fine with great service lots of smiles if they were busier I think they would’ve failed with customer service and I’ve seen it in a lot in restaurants these days. I hope you can more. Nothing shows customers you appreciate them like being properly staffed so that they can engage with their customers.
