The food was great, as was the staff. This is definitely one of the better locations to visit. My only complaint was that it was a bit understaffed, with our waitress performing multiple duties. If that’s usual for that tome of day, hire some more people.
The restroom was immaculate. It may seem like a minor point, but many establishments fail in that area.

My first time coming to red lobster in years and it did not disappoint. Our server, Jay, was great. She engaged with the kids, gave great drink recommendations and was very attentive.

It was good. I had the admirals special(fried seafood combo) the bay scallops and the clam strips were fantastic, the shrimp was really good, the founder was nice and crispy.
I had a bowl of New England Clam chowder too, I wasnt really impressed with that. Next time I’ll try the Lobster Bisque instead, or fo and appetizer and no soup.
I plan to go back. I was pleased overall.

I’m so proud of Red Lobster! The food was fantastic! They really turned this place around! I’m stuffed and still wanting more! I ate the Crab dip, the Butterfly Shrimp, and then chocolate cake! 10/10! The food was delectable, and the service was great! I’ve not eaten at Red Lobster in years! I will definitely be returning!

I had an amazing experience at Red Lobster thanks to our wonderful waitress, Aliyah! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcomed and truly taken care of. Her energy was warm, friendly, and professional — the perfect combination. She was attentive without being intrusive, always making sure our drinks were full, our food was perfect, and that we had everything we needed.
Aliyah went above and beyond to make our meal special. She answered all our questions with patience, gave great recommendations, and delivered everything with a genuine smile. It’s not often you come across someone who clearly loves what they do and makes the customer experience unforgettable.

We had no wait to get a table. For the most part, the servers were friendly, reasonably quick and efficient. We enjoyed a delicious meal, as it was reasonably full. A nice time out, another great meal and overall good time. You’ll enjoy yourselves, once again after this pandemic is over. We had an enjoyable visit and think you will too. Enjoy!

Our server Lynnee Z was an absolute sweetheart and a pleasure to have as our waiter. She spoke to one of my kids and she was insanely helpful and kind. As soon as our waitress walked away my daughter was talking about how sweet she was. The food was amazing, and she checked up on our table frequently and was always there if we needed something. My daughter had a small issue with her food and she fixed it immediately after she said something about it with no attitude whatsoever. My overall experience was absolutely incredible and it’s so refreshing to have such a helpful person as our waitress now a days.

The food was OK. Service was great, our server was very nice. Even though it was absolutely dead from the snow, it took a few servers to look at us before someone sat us.
I paid $55 for the feast combination. Crab legs were very underwhelming and cold. They were small with barely any meat and they were under steamed so the little meat that they did have was very hard to get out. I got frustrated with trying so I ended up trashing every leg segment past the first (3/4ths of the legs) The mashed potatoes tasted off as well. They definitely were not fresh and probably came from a packaged mix.
The macaroni was gross. It has a weird taste to it–almost like Velveeta but worse. I took it home as leftovers and still can’t finish it.
Overall, I am pretty disappointed in our visit. Given that we were one of the only diners today, I expected more. Not to mention the prices are outrageous for what you receive. This place is a QUANTITY over QUALITY establishment. They make you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth because you get a lot of selection + sides but when you receive your plate, you quickly realize why they give you so many choices.
I won’t be returning. Maybe we came on an off day. It’s not awful but for the price, it’s definitely not worth it. Might as well go to a real seafood boil spot.

Loved the endless shrimp deal! Really can’t beat the price for the amount of food you get plus the quality!!! The staff are super friendly and attentive! They’re always making sure you have everything you need and offering shrimp refills! The inside of the restaurant is also very cozy and warmly lit! Perfect for date night or for a family dinner! Definitely recommend!!!
