Wow! Kris & Julia, we’re both not only outstanding exemplary, kind helpful, warm, professional, and excessively fabulous! Please come here and I’m sure everybody will give you great service, but these two are a cut above the rest appreciation to the cooks as well to be fair but again these two ladies really made my experience here today something far beyond anybody’s would anybody might expect… I feel like it was meant to be that I came here today. Oh marketing! But I’m so glad that I did! I feel like this is my new breakfast spot as long as these ladies work here! I thought the food was very good as well beyond in fact!

Can a smile make food taste better? A friendly atmosphere has the special ability to enhance flavors. Your happy pallet absorbs ambiance as well as salt and sugar. You can’t go wrong at this particular location. Even at 230am you are greeted warmly, seated promptly and left to dine in peace yet not in isolation. Have some pancakes, bacon or a burger and for a few minutes of your day, slow down, enjoy your coffee. Reality will be there when finish eating.

Robin was a fantastic server! She was check and kind and efficient- all while being the only server on staff when the left side of the restaurant was highly occupied.
The cook, Adam, made THE BEST quesadilla I’ve had at any IHOP-and we go often! He also made perfect scrambled eggs and bacon.
I’ve left this location 3 stars before but now 5 stars because of Adam and Robin!

Robin J went out of her way to make sure you my food was cheaper because she used her employee discount for me because I didn’t have enough she’s very polite very helpful very attentive towards the customers and I think she should be recognized for her hard work and dedication towards helping guest, please give this very sweet lady a raise!

I ended up making an online order pickup, I end up picking it up 20 minutes after the promised time and they didn’t have anything done yet so they made wait, cool I let it slide. But then I ended up making a second order for pickup 1 hr later, I waited other 15 minutes after the promised time and let me tell you when I get there the same lady up in the front with a bothered attitude asked me ” again” and side eyes! Huh??? And she then tells me “oh nothing has been prepared yet you’re gonna have to wait.” Huh, didn’t I just make that order like 50 minutes prior?!?!

Don’t bother coming if you’re ordering out. I walked in at 9:30, and asked to see a menu so I can order to go. I had to go in because no one ever answers the phone. Woman with red hair gave me a menu and said she’ll be right back. She came back 30 minutes later, and finally let me order. Then I waited another 30 minutes for my food. Left at 10:43. I understand that they don’t bother to schedule more than one server. However, if it’s gonna take that long, then just tell me you’re too busy and I’ll go somewhere else.

Will you sat at the table for maybe 10 minutes and nobody came to get our drinks or ask us anything. And then one of the customers leaving he said “good luck getting anyone’s attention!” I thought to myself “Oh nooo! How long is is going to be till we’re serviced?!” So my family and I had to waive somebody down and finally they came to our table.

Service was bad. Seen my order waiting for pickup, it sat there for more then 10 minutes was cold. We sat there more then 30 minutes waiting to eat. I know you ask why didn’t we leave, well i took my insulin and needed to eat no time to go find something else. Me and my husband shared the order. Asked for 2 extra plates when we ordered and I had to ask 2 times for them. Had to ask for the bill. Next time I’ll go to Cracker Barrel.
