I walked in to place a take out order and it turned out I had to know the menu better than the teenage kid which was having a hard time with the crash register at putting my order in. Then lied about doing it. I got honey BBQ tenders for my 2nd time and this time they were salty and started to burn my tongue. Yea I like honey BBQ but it’s clear not these maybe to much preservative salt somewhere in the mix . Please give your child workers a menu and tell them to memorize it and maybe put numbers next to your menu items. So all I have to say is I’ll have this number . Its better for the crashers to

I order here (typical via the app) once or twice a month. On Friday the 25th I had the first perfect large order I’ve ever received. If I order much beyond a single meal something is usually missing sauce/gravy or missing sides. Frequently I go back and they fulfill the order. But this time everything was in the bag! Actually we only got 4 sauces with our 6 tender/12 nugget family meal….close enough KFC!

It is a miracle and only by the grace of God that this place is still in business. I have had so many issues over the years ordering from here, that I’ve lost count. My kids wanted KFC and here we’re. I placed an order online (Order #89551436) on 01/26/24 at 7PM and went to the restaurant to pick it up. Walking through the door I held my breath in anticipation of the horror to come. The employee sitting on the counter hopped off and asked if they could help me. She wasn’t friendly at all and I could tell by her mood that she didn’t want to be there anymore than I did. I explained that I was picking up an online order and told her my name. She handed me my order and I headed home. After returning home I began sorting through the food and immediately knew something was missing. I determined that the restaurant forgot to provide me with an 8 piece chicken tender and large fry. So off I went back all the way down to KFC on Memorial Drive. Mind you I live in South Hadley heading towards Atkins Farm (Great place BTW). I arrived at the store and as I walked through the door the same employee hopped off the counter and again asked me if she could help me. I explained the mix-up on my order and told her the items that I was missing and she immediately claimed that everything was put in the bag. We went back and forth a few times as if it were a debate but what she didn’t realize was that it wasn’t because my damn food wasn’t in the bag. I wouldn’t drive ALL THE WAY BACK to KFC Chicopee to if I had received everything that I ordered. She went to the back and came out with my 8 piece tender and large fry. She placed the bag down in front of me and walked back over to drive thru to again sit on the counter, lol. It’s just mind boggling, how this establishment wants you can pay a premium price for subpar food. As a customer the employees make you feel as if you’re a bother to them and they expect you to make two trips to pick up your food. Meanwhile what food I did get on the first trip is at home getting cold. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble, stay away !!

The staff on tonight (8/4/25) was amazing. The food was fresh and hot even with it being 8 at night. They were pleasant and attentive. Must give kiddos when they’re due. Good set of kids on.

The food is great. Had a little bit of a wait it seemed as though the girls working today might have been understaffed or maybe a little busier than normal. But they were working their butts off and had a great attitude the whole time. The pleasant attitude after a long wait made it okay. This is my first time going to this KFC. I understand that things happen and sometimes you get behind. I think the staff did a great job today

I ordered on the app for my husband and I. It said my order would be ready between 5-15 minutes. We showed up around 10 minutes so of course we didn’t mind waiting a few as we were still within the window. When we got there we were asked to pull up. 5 minutes went by… then 10… before you know it 20 MINUTES has gone past. Meanwhile the person behind us had to honk their horn to gain their attention at the window and they got their food before us. Not to mention, once we got our order 20 minutes after waiting (PAST THE ORIGINAL 15 minutes) the order was missing items. Choose ANYWHERE else on the drive.

Everytime i come they take forever to service the drive through so as i wait and then ask to add a side of gravy i was told i couldn’t do that i needed to redo the whole line after already waiting in the line. They forgot my kids drink and to make it worse i asked for a simple chicken sandwich only mayo and when i open my sandwich i have a soggy chicken sandwich with so much mayo it was dripping off the whole side of the paper
