The restaurant is nasty! The staff have their friends just hanging out. The staff, while they did have masks on they were below their noses. The tables were dirty. I could go on but I won’t. Please notice the pics I snapped.

I’ve had an horrible experience. First off, the Opelika location smells terrible. Almost like a sewer drain. I pushed past the smell (which was a mistake) and discovered feathers still on my wings. 0/10 experience

I came here for the first time a few days ago. When I walked in the door the smell was almost nauseating. I realized once I got home to eat that the smell was the chicken. I ordered lemon pepper and medium wings. The medium wings barely had sauce on them. I tried 2 wings, but I threw the rest away to be on the safe side. It was a total waste of money. I’ve never been to an American Deli like this. I won’t be returning. The workers were friendly, that was the only good thing.

When we walked in the 2 cashiers we out in the lobby area playing cosmotologist. I can’t understand why you can’t substitute rice and fries. The price spike is crazy. Those cooks keep the food amazing though!

They do NOT inform you that fries are NOT included in the combo! I ordered the burger and wings paid 15 dollars and some change to get a combo with NO fries…I was sadly disappointed. The lady that took out order was short tempered and not very helpful for first time customer! I won’t go back

This place seems sketch. First off no one was wearing masks, the staff was rude as hell, the prices do not line up with the product in which you receive. The food was utterly tasteless and cold upon receipt. So many things but I’ll leave it at this. Don’t waste your money, there are too many good places in the area! This new fad will fade quickly.
