I’m from a few hours away, and this was recommended by a local friend.
Stepping from the car, the smell hits you right away and amplifies your hunger exponentially.
Getting inside, the dining area was open and clean. We were greeted promptly and allowed plenty of time to peruse the menu. My wife had lemon herb salmon, my child had the grilled cheese, and I ordered the brisket burger and fries.
After a brief wait, our food came out and looked amazing. I was served a brisket sandwich and not the burger I ordered. I took it back to the cashier who admitted the mistake on keying it incorrectly. The manager was not happy, and made me feel momentarily that I was a problem. I just wanted what I ordered. She said it would take a moment and they would bring it to me. I thanked them, and as I walked away, I could hear her tell the cashier that she needed him to pay better attention. I dont disagree but customers do not need to be greeted with hostility over a complaint, and certainly should not hear a correction to an employee. Those conversations, especially in a customer service establishment, need to happen away from customers.
I was brought the correct meal and it was amazing. Rave reviews from all in my party. The char-grilling on the burger was perfect. The brisket and both original and Hot N Spicy sauces were amazing. The salmon was delightful and there portions are huge!!!

I like the patio. So many healthy choices. There are not many around but when I find one, I stop in. Today I am running errands. It is Friday. Halloween. I’m giving out candy along my route. I’m having fun. My phone broke last Sunday. Today I have to go get help loading up some internal provisions that did not transfer over when I received my replacement phone. I have to pay my bill. I have to dialog about past requests that did not proceed as I understood they would. After words, I have time to get something to take with me before the bus arrives. I thought I might stop in at the Olive Garden, but the Patio is on the way. I like the salmon with the mango sauce with the garlic mashed potatoes and the steamed vegetables. When I was a Uber driver, I would drive through The Patio weekly. Sometimes more often. They changed the mango sauce on the salmon. It’s all right. I like the sauce they used to serve on the salmon better. This mango sauce seems darker in color. Which makes me think “less fresh”, and more of a syrup type of compote. The flavor I remember has changed. I miss the old mango sauce. Today I had a order of BBQ pulled pork tacos. No lettuce. They were good. I took them to work with me and enjoyed them. The Patio has something for everyone. BBQ ribs. Hot dogs. Fish. Pasta. Salad. Dessert. Pizza. They have plenty of parking. Plenty of seating. Plenty of televisions. They have counter service where you take your number back with you to your table, and when your order is ready someone brings it to the table you selected to eat at. It’s not easy to drive in and out of. You pass other fast food restaurants on your way onto the Fox Valley Mall shopping complex. Either enter at the McDonalds entrance off of Route #59. At the light. Or enter at the light at Denny’s, then head over to Kohl’s. Kohl’s is basically at the corner of New York Street and Route #59. The Patio is over on the route #59 portion of the intersection.

The Patio Aurora always overdelivers. The staff is wonderful and efficient, the food is consistently delicious, and the portions are generous. When we can’t bring a home-cooked meal to my mom in her nursing home, we rely on The Patio and they never let us down. We’re very thankful for them.

When we walked in you can see the place is incredibly clean and organized. Menu is easy to read and the staff is patient when ordering. We had the brisket that was moist and flavored well that was a very large portion for the 18.99 they charge which came with a potato choice, bread and coleslaw. We also had the Turkey that came with mash potatoes. We had the broccoli and cheese soup that was very tasty also. After you order they give you a number and you find a seat and they bring your order out to you. The delivery time was under 5 minutes so if you are in a hurry they will get you on your way quickly. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Amazing business.

Food was mediocre at best…the lemon orzo chicken soup was a flavorless chicken noodle soup, onion rings tasted like frozen, from the freezer to fryer with uncooked batter in the center. The Santa fe salad & brisket tacos ok
Gentleman kept pulling things off our table, I guess in a hurry to leave- but we were there over an hour prior to closing…
Counter service was the worst. 2 ladies ahead of us were delivery no greet or hello to us while we patiently waited. Finally had to ask this tall employee to help us…with not even a smile or apology, simply “yes, what can I get you”

We order meals from The Patio at least three times a week due to our busy schedules. The food is always prepared perfectly and always delicious! We most often carry out our orders and they’re always filled accurately and on time. There are so many healthy options to choose from. The meal size is generous and reasonably priced considering the quality of their meals.

I recently dined at The Patio, and I must say, the food was outstanding! We ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and the Smoked Brisket Burger, both of which were incredibly flavorful. The burger, topped with Sliced Beef Brisket, Pepper Jack Cheese, BBQ Sauce, Onion Rings, and a Pickle Spear, was a delightful combination of smoky and savory flavors. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich was equally delicious, with perfectly cooked chicken and a mouthwatering sauce. To complete the meal, I had the cheese fries with a side of hot peppers, which added a nice kick to the dish. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very inviting and lovely. I highly recommend The Patio for a delicious dining experience. Definitely will be back to try more of their delicious menu items.

The ribs are always fantastic! I found the mac and cheese mushy and overcooked. We also ordered cake. They used to cut it as you order but it was presliced and it was quite dry. The kids loved it though. The manager took our order, checked in on us halfway through our meal and when I went to ask a bag he asked how everything was. I told him about the mac and cheese and cake and he thanked me genuinely for my feedback. He said the only way we can get better is if people tell us. I will say though, the ribs, onion rings and fries were outstanding! Even though it was not a perfect experience, the manager made it delightful by caring and listening. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic menu selection. The cajan chicken kabob was amazing. It was served over jambalaya with shrimp. Great flavor, made my lips tingle. Rice, green peppers and onions were perfect. Fresh brewed sweet tea. Clean, great atmosphere. Friendly staff! Keep it up!

Came here as we ordered some catering and scheduled it for pick-up. The food is great and the prices are good for catering. Would definitely come back and open to trying other items on the menu. The environment seemed relaxed or casual and chill.
