They either forget items in your order or their food tastes old. Last time I asked for my sandwich to be wrapped in lettuce and this is what they give me. Old soggy lettuce. And if you let them know they just want to give you a coupon for a free sandwich. Why can’t you just refund me?

Coming from Ohio and this was by far the best chick fil an experience I’ve ever had. I got the spicy chicken deluxe, I don’t know if I was starving or if it was genuinely the best cfa sandwich I’ve ever had. Either way, phenomenal. All staff was very kind and humorous. I left my purse inside and (thank you god) one of the workers ran it out to our car. This place went above and beyond and it was an amazing experience and the best way to start our Colorado trip!

My son lives for CFA macaroni and cheese, when I tell you it’s the ONLY Mac & cheese he will eat it, I mean it. However, he’s very food sensitive and the toasted top makes him gag. Me, as a cheese loving adult, I like the toasted cheese but this isn’t about me.
For the longest time, at every CFA I’ve ever visited, when ordering Mac & cheese I always have them put special instructions of “no toasted cheese” knowing that wherever I am, they’ll do their best. When you buy a medium m&c for a 4 year old, my hope is that half the container is not, filled with toasted cheese. We want that creamy goodness!
I go to the CFA in Thornton, no push back. I go to the one in Lakewood, no push back. I go to the one in Arvada, no push back. In Brighton, right by my home and until recently, they’ve always done their best.
The last couple visits, my request has been denied, I’m told “they can’t do that” and it’s frustrating and because I go for my son and my son only, it just makes me feel stupid ever asking and being denied when I can visit other locations without grief. Tonight when attempting to order, bless the employee, but he phoned in and said “she just wants raw noodles” which is not what I wanted but that’s ok, I was told I could not have special instructions on the m&c. This may sound petty and for that I apologize but with all the things you all do for customers and how you do go out your way to make it right.

If you’re going to hire young people, train them on customer service. Around 1pm 1/27/26, lunch time, came in to pick up my order and the young lady wouldn’t help me. She dropped my order on the floor and still handed me the food. Typical fast food chain now. Chick fil a used to be a good place to come and the atmosphere was inviting, definitely not that anymore. Haven’t been here in awhile and this definitely reminded me of why. Won’t be giving this fast food chain my time and money anymore. Seems like they sold out…

My kiddos and I came in on Saturday for lunch and wanted to give a big shout-out to Roxanna for doing such a fabulous job. She was incredibly attentive and extremely polite. This girl was buzzing around nonstop—cleaning tables the moment someone stood up, throwing away trash, refilling drinks, sweeping—truly doing her job to the fullest.
At one point, while she was cleaning off a bench, another coworker came up and asked her to take on yet another task. Roxanna simply replied, “Yep, right after I’m done here,”
Wonderful job, Roxanna! My kiddos were very impressed by her attitude and work ethic. As a mama of three, this turned into such a positive and teachable moment—we were able to use her as a real-life example of kindness, responsibility, and great work ethic. Thank you for making our visit so pleasant!

I paid $8.59 for a mac and cheese and it came half full after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. I would rather drive to the other Chick-fil-a and get better service and quality of food. I will not be back here again

Always good, one of my favorites! Service is impeccable! Chick-fil-A has it all figured out and the drive-thru is a “well-oiled-machine”! The line moves quite rapidly. The young lady taking my order was a joy and very personable!
