This is the 3rd time this Sonic has ignored my customized order.
I am allergic to tomatoes, ketchup, and pickles, and I clearly remove these items every time I order. Yet my food keeps coming out with them anyway.
This is not a small mistake it’s dangerous. Someone with a severe allergy could die because the staff isn’t paying attention to order modifications.
The owner or management needs to get this under control immediately. I would strongly warn anyone with food allergies to avoid this location.

Drive thru was difficult to drive through. Literally heard the workers talking crap about the customers through the speaker. We do that to at my job but not with a hot mic or in customer view. It’s also more expensive than In-n-out. I can’t support a business running like this. And part of the reason that employee stopped caring is because of bad pay or bad management. Either way it’s an absolute fail from every single corner.

They always have a terrible attitude every time I come here. Maybe hire people that actually want to give good service. I always order grilled cheese and it’s hit or miss. Spent 33$ for 3 sandwiches with cheese and bread, it’s supposed to be a grilled cheese. Do better.

Andrea the “manager” is the most rude, disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. If someone from corporate or the actual manager could contact me, that would be great. This lady and this place sucks by default because of her.

I LOVE other Sonics. BUT the 3 times Ive been dumb enough to keep trying this one (because it is close to our house), I have had undercooked cheese sticks, a cold cheeseburger. So then I said to myself, well I am hungry… So I chose to eat the undercooked cheese sticks and cold cheeseburger.
Every single time I have thrown up.

Always a pleasant trip when it’s decided to have “America’s Drive-In” for lunch/dinner! The were no problems with ordering our food, the person taking our food was very nice and made sure to double check to see if everything on the screen was correct. The only thing I had an issue with was the fact they abruptly ended the interaction without saying something first. The typical “We’ll have that right out for you” Or “Thank you” or something of that variation. They didn’t even tell us what the amount was. They just hung up and the “Cash/Card” Payment popped up on the screen . It just would have been nice to confirm our order before hanging up is all. Other than that isolated incident, the rest of the experience was fine. They had our food out in a timely manner, our waiter was very kind and formal wished up a good night. The food was good, I even got a cool-looking onion ring! It was a good time, I just hope next time when we have someone take our order, they’ll be more courteous.
Updated (As of 4/1/22): Is it me, or does it seem the touch screen/menu thingies get dirtier with each visit? It was covered in who-knows-what. It looked so gross, we had to use a napkin to activate the red button and touchscreen. Other than that, we had no real issues. We ordered our food, the food was at our car within like 10 minutes, our server was very polite and made sure we didn’t need anything else. We checked out food and everything was there! Great food, even better slushes (Blue Raspberry is the best!), what more could you ask for?

Horrible experience. Texas toast had no butter or flavor, it’s just a piece of bread that’s slightly toasted on one side yet cold. Chicken tenders were dry and thin. I’ve had Rocky Mountain oysters they had more meat and flavor. I got the new crunch wrap burrito as well… Hardly anything in it. Next time I’ll just stay home and cook for myself. No more Sonic for me. Throwing it all away, $22 worth of food that was horrible, except the coney dog, that was ok.

This has to be the worst sonic drive though anywhere the manager is so immature and sloppy I hope the get better training in the future. Joanne is rude and an overall terrible communicater

Everytime my grandmother and I come through the driver-thru nobody answers the mic on the driver-thru or they take FOREVER to respond to us in the driver-thru!!! Today nobody answer the drive-thru we had to make our drink orders at the window and pay at the same time, plus not to mention a bunch of other people left because, NOBODY STILL DID NOT ANSWER THE DRIVER-THRU!!!! Also the Young Man who took our order DID NOT Know what he was doing which probably means NOBODY Trained him how to do his job which once again is not ok!!! Please fix that problem with this location!!!

Took them over 12 minutes to get me a large drink. Unreal that it takes that long to fill a cup with ice and tea. Zero other customers on site before me too.
