If you get Michael as a server (guy with big loop ear rings) you better ask for a new one. That guy absolutely sucks as a server. He should be in sales not service. It took him a good 5 minutes just to walk over and get our drink order. I generally already know what I want to eat when I go to BWW since I eat there at least weekly. He brought the drinks back and asked if we wanted any apps … I got mozzarella sticks my buddy got like 3 apps. He walked away and I didn’t see the guy again for about 30+ minutes. I never got to order my food. He was over at a table talking to some people for 20 minutes then at another table talking for 10+ minutes. Dude you are a server not a salesman, get the order, say the pleasantries then move on. I was on the verge of going to the kitchen to get my apps myself because I was convinced it don’t take 30 minutes to heat up some sticks. After getting the apps my buddy needed another beer so when the guy dropped off our slightly warm food he asked if he wanted another and my buddy said yes. It was a good 20 minutes before we ever got that drink. It took us over 90 minutes to have a few apps and 2 drinks. I never even ordered my food at all I was afraid to waste money on cold food. If I ever sit down and he is my server again I’m not even going to say anything just gonna get up and move to the bar. I didn’t tip anything my friend gave him $5 which was very very generous in my opinion. Tips are based on service and we barely got any.

Our sweet bartender Kira had to pull a double, her coworker was a no show.
She was such a trooper doing a really great job and remaining so nice and professional.
The wings have declined, dried out with seasoning sprinkled on top for the dry rub.
The wet were somewhat better but cooked too long. There is no way to mess up the potato wedges. There were perfect.

So this was not a good visit and not sure we’d return. To start, we came last night (Friday) and the restaurant/bar was not busy so we thought we’d be okay. We ordered 2 tall Bud Lights and when they came they were about 80% full. The bartender seemed busy with the few people at the bar and obviously rushed. We ordered our food and our server was very nice. My husbands cheesesteak was good, my wrap was good but the fries were cold. We waited a little while for our server to come back to get refills. Once she did she placed an order for 2 more beers. The bartender was more busy in having a customer at the bar go get her Chipotle and talking to the new costumers at the bar. We waited 10 mins for our beers to finally just tell our server to cancel our order. My husband heard the bartender tell our server that it’s terrible we couldn’t wait for beer refills. She may be the worst bartender we’ve had and it doesn’t look like we’ll be back. We don’t have very good experiences here.

If I could rate the service higher, I would. Wade gave us service and our drinks were never less than half way gone before we had a new drink, did not have to ask for napkins or utensils, and when the staff asked if we needed something or how the meal was, I (the only adult) didn’t have a mouth full of food. Bill was $105 and I have him a $40 tip because Wade was perfect!

Not a very good experience. There was about 3 other occupied tables within the whole place, but we had to wait a good ten minutes get acknowledged and drinks ordered. We noticed the table next to us and across from us wasn’t bused/ cleaned off. Food took about 20 minutes and after that we weren’t checked on. I guessed this particular restaurant and time they were short staffed?? On the other hand, the food was good. Tots were a little over cooked, tacos, mozzarella sticks and wings were great. Lots of parking and right off the Main Street (Parkway) heading towards the outlets.

Coming here was a big disappointment. From the moment we walked in (we almost walked out) there were at least 10 dirty tables with 2 parties actively eating.. they were not busy. They were shocked to see us and said they had to see if they had a table to seat us.. we were seated and our server was kind (but clearly stressed).. our food came out in a reasonable time but was less than luke warm.. the fries were cold and hard. The chicken from the kids meal was hard and my child couldn’t eat it. With how dirty the establishment was, there was no way I was sending any of it back. We watched the manager play social hour with the few servers vs cleaning up tables. We did ask to speak to the manager who simply wanted to complain about being short staffed. I do not care. I am paying for a hot meal. Not a mediocre, semi warm, hard food… they managed to discount the meal for the fries but I do not recommend this place. As a tourist who will be back in 6 mo ths, I can guarantee I will not be back here.

The bartender was super friendly, and the service was great. We only ate mozzarella sticks, but those were terrific. The margaritas were delicious, and the beer was cold. We came there specifically to watch a Pacers game, and it was on multiple televisions and easy to view. Best BWW we have been to!

Me and my buddies went here on the fifth after we went to a convention. We were already in a rush to go see the new fnaf movie so we tried to hurry up and eat. Me and two others got actual meals like cheesesteak, boneless wings, and a triple bacon burger. My other friend had gotten the ultimate sampler. His food didnt come out until 12 minutes after our food came. A big table of 12 people came in 10 minutes after us, someone had gotten a ultimate sampler and theirs came before my buddies. At first our server, his name was Cameron, was being cool, but as soon as that big table came in everything changed. Finally when we were done I asked him for our checks, he said “yeah yeah sure” and then never showed up. 5 minutes go by and we had to go up to the bar to pay and the lady up there was being very sweet about it. But we were even more late because he had apparently added a mushroom burger onto our table which none of us ordered so we had to wait longer than we should’ve. All In all it was a kinda mid experience. Just don’t get cameron.

Went there for some wings on a quick late lunch date for the first time at any Buffalo Wild Wings ever yesterday and had excellent service from Matthew! I didn’t even have to ask him for extra napkins because well, we all know wings can get you pretty messy and he was on point all the way around. Forgot to take photos because I was too busy enjoying my food and service to think about it. Try the honey garlic And/or spicy garlic wings and ask for Matthew if you’re in the mood for some awesome wings & customer service.
