Was very rude and rushed us and and when we asked for more toppings, we were told we weren’t allowed to put more than what they’re supposed to and she said when I asked her why she doesn’t know she’s just doing her job. never heard that before and every time we told them something that we wanted on our sandwiches, she said um what else what else what else and was rude over all and was told if we wanted more napkins We would I have to pay for them because they’re to expensive

I have been trying for 5 days to get an order refunded. The first day I called immediately after placing the order. The lady who answered was rude and dismissive. She told me I had to cancel the order on the app, that she could not do it. After successfully trying to figure out how to cancel it on the app, I searched how to cancel it, and found out it can’t be done over the app. That I was right to call the store, only they can cancel it.
I called the store back and the same lady answered. She was irritated I called back and was incredibly rude. She told me again I had to do it on the app, and I told her that it was not possible, that she has to cancel it from the store. She became even more frustrated and told me she was “too busy to cancel it right now” but that she ‘will get to it when she gets to it”. I said I would like to speak to a manager to make sure my order is refunded and she said there was no manager there, that she is “acting manager”.
I called back the next 2 days in a row, where she answered each time asked for my name, and then told me there is no manager available today. The lady has not given me her name but this all started on Thursday, Sept 18th at 3:55 pm. This lady is incredibly rude and at the very least needs to be sat down with and have customer service discussed with her. I will never visit this location, I will drive the extra miles to the next Subway.

Terrible experience with those ladies work there yesterday Friday around 1pm they refused to make my sandwich the way like I just asked simply thing add extra veggies then they refused to do so when I go any subway they do at the times was very arrogant people work there I will never come back to bought my meal there

Food was good fresh …. Customer service not so good … So there this young guy there asks me “can I help you” I say “yes” I asked what was the price for a tuna foot long meal he tells me he didn’t know walks away and continues to help someone else how rude was that ….. But other than that the food was good another young guy helped he was a good team player …

Worst location! Never ordering from here again. Food was wrong and missing banana peppers. Also did not put stickers on the wrap so when it was delivered the bag was open and the subs were as well. Then they tell me to call manager on Monday!? So I call DoorDash instead of waiting… they are both in the wrong because it was clearly tampered with and again had no stickers to close the bag on a messed up order. So DoorDash calls them and the same guy answers. Tell me with attitude that I still have to call the manager….believe me. I will!

I now know why the subway at this location had no customers this afternoon 3pm. The customer service is horrible, the two teenagers/young adults that were working there at this time today had no interest in even speaking to the clients. They were somehow “too busy” to even look up from what they were doing, even if there was no other customers. I would like to hope this is not the norm for the customer service here but I don’t recall a single time when the customer service was any better. Pro-tip: if you want subway just get it from literally any other subway.
