Pancho and Jane Grand Opening Review
I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Pancho and Jane, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere.
Fantastic Food: The food was outstanding! House margarita was delicious. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor. A highlight for me was the taco eating contest, which was not only a lot of fun to watch but also showcased their delicious tacos. They are very reasonably price overall.
Kid-Friendly Environment: This place is perfect for families. They had a wonderful coloring section and face painting for the kids, which kept them entertained and happy throughout the event.
Fun Activities: There were so many fun activities to enjoy. In addition to the taco eating contest, they had a raffle, and I was lucky enough to win a bottle of Jefferson bourbon – what a treat! The chief even explained the amazing bourbon how it was made very cool.
Coolest Donkeys: One of the most unique features of the event was the presence of some really cool donkeys, which added a special touch and was a big hit with everyone, especially the kids.
Overall, Pancho and Jane put on a fantastic grand opening event. It’s clear they care about their customers and want to provide a fun and welcoming environment for all ages. I can’t wait to visit again!

Omg this place is absolutely fantastic! We just had dinner here and are already planning our next trip. Parker our waiter was fabulous.. Attentive and knew the menu inside out. During the course of our meal, we had multiple staff check on us. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.. Even our 2yr old had a great time.

We went for their grand opening party. It was a lot of fun. The food was fresh and good given they had a large amount of people. It also came out fairly quickly. Their cocktails were also good. Lots of booze selections at the bar too. Service was great. Attentive, polite, positive attitudes. The tacos were tasty. The chips were fresh and they give you a large basket of them. Queso was good too. We’ll go back again.

Amazing restaurant, food is fresh and delicious! The staff and service are outstandingly friendly and warm and welcoming. We tried the crispy fish tacos, they are lightly breaded, loaded with pico and a slaw and I ate every bite! The nachos come tossed in queso so that every chip has a topping, great idea! The queso flameado is served on fire! The literally add a shot of tequila over the top and light it up! Drinks were fabulous and very refreshing, my daughter enjoyed the high noon with spice and a tajin champs rim. I was impressed with their Mexican 55 with sparkling prickly pear.
The kids meal is delivered inside an el camino car! How much fun for them, my do ate up both crispy chicken tacos and rice.
We finished our meal with a plate of Churros with caramel sauce and a couple watermelon limeade popsicles. Can’t wait to bring in our golden for a pupsicle.

Lori greeted us on our way in, and we were lucky enough to have her as our waitress. The food is delicious, with a good portion size for the price and great atmosphere. Assistant Manager Suzette was amazing. Also, she walked around the restaurant with her cheery personality and stopped at every table, greeting customers and asking if there was anything she was able to get any of us. Very good experience.

Love P&Js. Great drinks, food, service, and atmosphere. Love that they have a lot of bar seating and that the place is very open. These are pictures of the ‘Rado Colada (awesome drink), queso, pollo tacos, crispy fish taco with green rice and beans. The addiction is starting…unfortunately. Please save us two seats at the bar.

Perfect venue to grab dinner before a Red Rocks show!! Our server, Evie, was fabulous! She and Ben made great recommendations and had our food and drinks out quickly. The tacos were some of the tastiest I’ve had in Colorado, and the queso flameado is a must-try! Can’t go wrong with the cocktail menu, either. Make sure to grab to-go margs for the hike up to Red Rocks after!

I was able to try Pancho and Jane during their soft opening as they official open on May 30th and it was such a great experience!
For the food, we tried the potato tacos dorados (flavorful, crispy, and the avocado crema was delicious and added a ton of flavor), the queso fundido (10/10 no notes), and the chips and queso – a classic that didn’t disappoint
We also got four tacos: suadero, chorizo and potato, lamb birria, and shrimp gobernador
All delicious on the purple corn tortillas.
The drinks were also delicious and we got the stagecoach old fashioned (with mezcal!), margaritas, and a couple other cocktails
The place is super well decorated with a modern feel but not stuff. The vibe was fun and inviting

Amazing experience! I took my mom and my daughter for taco Tuesday and happy hour margaritas. Everyone was so sweet and attentive to us. Our server even brought my daughter a watermelon popsicle and her own towel for a bib! Definitely recommend. We got the salsa sampler and it came with such big portions! Definitely worth the value.
