Burger was delicious, solid fries. Friend got the chicken sandwich, was great. Order on the tablets when you walk in, for dine-in you grab a number and they bring it to your table pretty quickly. Not a big fan of water, but theirs was bottled water quality. People near us had some bomb looking shakes, got too full to add one.

Our food was amazing. We came in towards the end of the evening, but no one rushed us out. The manager, Eric, was extremely friendly. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing spot in Detroit! The chicken bites were super crispy and full of flavor — cooked just right. And don’t even get me started on the Dubai chocolate… rich, smooth, and totally addictive. Definitely coming back again soon!

The food was amazing, I got the regular burger, and my boyfriend got a regular double. We also got a banana pudding shake, which was delicious, and not too sweet. The cherry lemonade thing we got was also really good, it wasn’t quite what I was expecting, but it was like a good probiotic drink.

This location is a nice one, as it’s pretty spacious. I will say that they did not have the water dispenser working when I was there, which was disappointing. Aside from that, the food was good, it came in a timely manner, and the staff was friendly.

Let me preface this to say, I went during a business time during the Christmas Market and I took that into account with my review.

It was really busy. There will no available seats anywhere. People who placed orders at the kiosk were standing around waiting for their order in addition to pickups. Because I was paying cash, I had to order at the front. They had a sign directing people there. The problem is, I stood by the cash register waiting for someone to come to the register to take my order for 10 minutes. Finally, I asked one of the workers if no one is taking orders. She said yes and then with an attitude, she said we’re busy. I could see they are busy but others were coming and paying via the kiosk and getting through before me. I couldn’t use the kiosk because it wouldn’t take my Canadian debit card.

Then we had to wait another 12 minutes to receive the order. When it finally arrived, the same girl who took my order and even filled the drink orser said, “the ginger ale is not good. I don’t even know why they took the order. It hasn’t been working all day.” Wait, what? I just substituted a drink.

While we were waiting for the order, we managed to procure a seat but we had to clean the table ourselves.

I had the Chicken Shack and fries. I liked them both. My friend had the Chicken bites. She wasn’t a fan but she loved the fries. Also the chicken bites were a lot smaller than we expected especially for the price.

I will give them a try again after the holiday season.

Tonight a friend and I visited your downtown Detroit location. The food was great but let me tell you what was even better… Your manager Eric. Eric is one of the most pleasant and kind individuals I’ve ever come across at any business. He would be an excellent steward to your business and brand at the highest levels of management.

This location in Detroit was very welcoming and the flow of customer service was smooth. I was able to order online after finding a table. This was super convenient. I had the truffle fries that turned out perfectly! I highly recommend. Kudos to the manager coming to our table to check on us and offer refills. We will be back!

It is not my first time coming here. My experience here is always pleasant. The customer service is great. The food is served hot off the grill/fryer.

My order consisted of the Chick’n Shack and the Double Cheeseburger. The Double Cheeseburger was sizzling hot when I first bit into it. The melted cheese was so hypnotizing, and it was worth the early bite. The Chick’n Shack was scolding hot as well. I meant to ask for it for no buttermilk herb mayo, but thankfully they did not drown the sandwich in the mayo like some other restaurants do.

The only thing that I am not too pleased with at this restaurant is its prices. For these two sandwiches without any sides or drinks, it was over $16! That is a bit much in my opinion, but I understand that comes with the nature of its downtown Detroit location.

Sadly I had a horrible experience last night. The young man that was working the counter around 8pm on January 13th, had a horrible attitude. Very disrespectful. He gave me a frozen milkshake that was liquid, and slightly warm. The whipped cream was even liquid. Literally had to toss it out after one sip. I ordered cheese fries and there was barely any cheese on it plus the fries seem old. As of right now I’m legit sick to my stomach. Like I feel horrible. It started last night and now it’s worse. Never returning back.
