We ate here today. The food was good, but some made incorrectly, but we didnt complain. We ate what was wrong and went with it. Secondly, the ice cream/ milk shake machine was not working AGAIN. Unbelievable how a restaurant franchised and successfully so by a milkshake maker salesman, never has them working. Ray Kroc is surely rolling in his grave constantly. Clean store , however.

Let me start off with the evening staff is great. It’s the breakfast staff, the food is never right, I mean never. So the morning we sit in the long line, which that’s cool. They tell us to move up and they will bring our order out. They bring the food part out, without our frape. My son jumps out to run bk to get it. As he is walking up, the guy is hollering at me to move so the next vehicle can wait. I didn’t want to become I would get stuck in the drive through line again, I am on my way to work. But I did? Because I was being hollered at. My son gets in the car, they didn’t put the top on and caramel frape, it gets all over his pants, but he had plenty of of time to clean it up, because now, we are stuck back in the drive through traffic and can’t get out. I am a general manager, so to whomever reads these reviews, if mgt does. you may need to rethink your morning crew and or supervision.

Service is very slow. The employees move like gelatin, or watching paint dry. It is very difficult to get their attention to wait on you. Fast food? Ha more like food will get to you eventually and hopefully it is still hot when you receive it. My advice is to avoid this location if time is important to you.

This restaurant needs to be shut down or at the very least put under new management. We put in an online order for curbside pickup and received the message our food was ready and coming in 5-10 minutes. 45 minutes later we still have no food. We went to the door and they refused to open, said the lobby was closed. We joined the drive thru and 15 min later we still haven’t reached the window. This is ridiculous. Called the store and no answer and messages full. If you’re having this much trouble you need to shut down service!! If we could’ve gotten a refund we would have left by now. Definitely NEVER coming back here!!

Stopped at this location tonight after work to grab a quick bite. Ordered big Mac meal, quarter pounder meal and 2 double cheeseburgers. Big Mac had zero sauce, quarter pounder was only meat, cheese, bread and bacon (that I didn’t ask for) and only one of the cheese burgers was a double. When I asked the employee at the window about the cheeseburgers I was informed that 1 was double and they only had 1 person working the line and 20 other customers. Attempted to contact the location and says mailbox full.

The staff do not know how to cook or get orders right, every single time I go here I need to go back in because they forgot everything in my order or gave me a completely different one. I asked them to please re make my 7 dollar buffalo bacon chicken sandwich w pickles and lettuce I ordered,because they gave me only chicken and bread, how do they mess up that bad?? Idk, but they gave me back what I gave them, and only added lettuce and sauce, forgetting bacon and pickles. Which were an extra 2 nearly 3 dollars. Litterally in the name. And they completely forgot half my order. Why say it’s the people in the backs fault when it’s yours to watch over them to? Why are the managers and cashiers so lazy. They have a job, if they don’t want to do their job they can lose it and get replaced by people that actually want to do their job. Don’t misplace the blame, just try your damn hardest.

Slow and food is made sloppy. They knock off orders tape them up to make their service speed time quick but at the cost of the customers when they knock off the orders it causes confusion with the cooks and other people to where things take longer and becomes annoying. Bad management practices. They need to retrain their people

Ive ordered mc D’s a good couple of time from this place and of course it’s mc Donald’s you expect something to fro wrong, but today takes the cake, my delivery driver got to me in 2 minutes because I live close, but the food was still cold, as if the employee’s let it sit there before handing it to my driver, on top of that instead of my nuggets being neat boxes and the boxes in the bag, all the boxes were sideways and open, on top of that my frappe tasted like someone purposely smacked the chocolate dispenser over it 10,000 times, there’s so much chocolate me and my mom can’t even taste the mocha, waste of money and time don’t order from here
