I’d probably land around 3.5 stars if Google let me, but I’m rounding to 4 here. I’ve been curious about Dee Jay’s for a while, so when I was invited by Run Relay it felt like a good chance to finally check it out.
They’ve got your typical American menu, and the ribs are clearly their pride. They even offer samples, which my family really enjoyed. With plenty of TVs and lots of seating, it works well as a spot to catch a game with a group.
Service ended up being the highlight. Our server was attentive and helpful the whole time.

One of our go to places on a Friday night. Solid beer selection and really good sandwiches and burgers. Very busy bar area so sometimes the service can be slow.

We recently went to Dee Jay’s Lounge in Murrysville for their happy hour! This is in the old North Park Lounge location. Everything was delicious, the service was great, and they have lots of seating and tv’s for game day! Our favorites were the house made sauces, skillet cornbread, mozzarella sticks, and drinks!

We had the best dinner at Dee Jay’s yesterday! We heard amazing things about their ribs so we decided to give it a try and it didn’t disappoint! The ribs were soo tender and delish! Some of our favorite things on the menu were the BBQ ribs, s’mores martini, homemade French onion dip, and the grilled chicken strawberry salad!!!! The service was amazing and the employees were so friendly. We will definitely be back!

I went to Dee Jay’s for lunch and had a great time! It is where the North Park Lounge used to be. It is super big inside with a ton of tv’s in the bar area. It is the perfect spot to watch a game.
We got the cheese fries for an appetizer and they were so so good!! I got the buffalo chicken wrap for my meal and it was delicious as well! The waitress was also super nice!!

Murrysville location. Service was slow as they seemed to be understaffed. The food was decent, but nothing special. Ribs? Good. Coleslaw? Wet. Mac & Cheese? Surprisingly bland. My friend had Beef on Weck and described it as “OK”. We’ll come back to try again sometime, but so far we’re just not very impressed.

1st- Food:
• potato skins – good flavor, decent portion 6.5/10
•pizza (cheese) – floppy, oil dripping off, think Chuck E. Cheese pizza flavor 4/10
•wings (Lounge Lickers)- flavor of the sauce was good, wings themselves were not crispy at all (yes I am aware we got a sauce on them, some places wings still have a nice crunch of crisp to them, not these). 4/10
***yes I am aware that bbq and ribs are their specialty, this is just MY experience that I want to share***
2nd- Service:
Great start when we walked in the door, and thats exactly where it ended. We sat in the booths by the front of the place and we ended up getting the bartender as our server-when the booths in front of us and behind us had 2 different waitresses/waiters. It took a while to get our order taken and then for a refill on our drinks.
3rd – Atmosphere:
Sorta Quiet when we walked in 1:00pm ish. To the right of the front door there are a few games like basketball and what looked to be a big prize wheel to spin on your birthday for a “chance” to win a prize. Tvs were up and on for a little entertainment. They weren’t overly loud to where you need to speak loudly to the person across from you. Back patio space (closed in from elements) with high top tables.
Food : overall 5/10
Service : overall 2/10
Atmosphere : 7/10
Again, Yes I understand we did not get what they are known for. Yes I understand the wings had sauce on them. This was my experience that I wanted to share.

North Park Lounge is the perfect restaurant to wind down/turn up, eat, and drink after a busy day. Friendly and attentive staff, the place is clean, and the establishment is huge. The food is delicious and well prepared. Great place to meet up with family and friends. Oh yeah… just name your drink, they’ll make it. The place is beautiful.

Ordered cheeseburger with sautéed onion and mushrooms. May have been 1 thin ring of red onion but not grilled, and no mushrooms at all. Burger was dry as sawdust. Wife had grilled chicken salad,her chicken was drat as sawdust as well.

Our food was cold!!! Our waitress took a long time but was nice. The pork chop I got was just a burnt pork chop. For the price go across the street to moes. The burger was good though.
