The same excellent food and service as any other Chick-fil-A but with something extra: magical Christmas lights! We went to their tree lighting and ran into an issue with wheelchair accessible parking: they had set up their event tent on one of the only two handicap parking spots. The entire parking lot was full and I do have a teenager who uses a wheelchair so I asked for help and the problem was fixed quickly. I hope someone sees this and remembers to keep those handicap parking spaces open during events or add more accessible parking and crosswalks or maybe a drop off solution. A crosswalk that cuts across the drive thru would be nice if we have to park on the Walmart side. Currently it’s not as safe or possible for us to park further away.

Worst Chic Fil A I have ever been. I ordered a grill chicken burrito for bkfast. The tortilla was hard and tasted old. Inside there was very little content, barely chicken at all and looked like the tortilla was almost too big which is surprising becuse this burritos are always very well served. I was on the drive thru for around 8 min before I could get to the window. When they handed my food the girl and I asked what was going on she just smiled and turned around without giving me any reply.

My experience at your Chick-fil-A location at 12325 Farm to Market 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX 77065 on April 9, 2025, at approximately 7:05 PM through the drive-thru.While the initial greeting and order placement were decent, my food was not brought out until 7:18 PM. Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that the medium-sized drink cup was filthy — there was orange soda splashed on the outside, and upon closer inspection, there were small black particles floating inside the drink. I had ordered a Sprite, not orange soda.
When I looked into the bags, I found no napkins in either one, and more than half of the fries were flipped over and scattered inside the bag. I immediately asked for a new drink and specifically told the young Caucasian male employee to replace both the cup and the lid. I then watched as he attempted to simply wipe off the cup and lid and brought it back to me with a mischievous smile, handing it to me quickly while I was in the middle of asking to speak with a manager.
When I checked the cup again, I found a small hair lodged inside the area where the lid closes around the cup. I had to honk my horn to get further assistance. A young Hispanic employee came to the door and asked what was going on. I again requested to speak with a manager. I then witnessed an employee named Ryan say he could “handle me” and approached my car with a very cocky attitude. I asked him if he was a manager, and he responded by asking what I needed instead of answering the question. When I again requested a manager, he told me that the manager was busy. I informed him that a manager should never be too busy to speak to a customer and insisted that someone come outside immediately.
Ryan then approached Devon, who was sitting at a table wearing headphones, and Devon finally came outside. As he approached my car, he simply gave me a head nod as a greeting. I explained the entire situation, and he never once offered an apology. Instead, he told me he would just remake the drink. I expressed that this was not acceptable and requested a full refund. Devon told me that a refund could only be processed if I returned the food — otherwise, I could keep the food and receive a coupon for a future visit. I returned the food and requested the refund.
Devon came back to my car with the refund receipt. When I asked for the operator’s email address, he refused and simply told me to visit the website.
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by the level of disrespect, poor sanitation, lack of professionalism, and overall mismanagement that I experienced. Neither the operator nor Devon are suited for their roles at Chick-fil-A. This location is consistently poorly managed at any time of the day, and my experience is a strong reminder of why I avoid it.
I strongly urge corporate leadership to re-evaluate the operator’s leadership at this location and implement immediate and comprehensive leadership training for the entire team. This experience reflects very poorly on the Chick-fil-A brand, and I hope to see meaningful changes made.
Furthermore, the mother and son duo needs to be broken up. Colleen should not be managing her son Devon (Ditector). He is too young and lacks the experience of communicating with professionals.

Let me start by saying Chick fila is my favorite fast food place but wow was I surprised by what I got 2 days ago. I ordered food for my family like I always do but this time it was different the guy who helped us was rude and didn’t even get our order correct. The food tasted extremely different than usual and the chicken wasn’t the same quality either almost like it was nothing but tendons instead of a breast. I always ask for extra sauce and the only out 2 in bag for 3 people which is crazy and the frosted strawberry lemonade tasted extremely weird. I’m definitely disappointed and confused on why this happened but definitely won’t be going back to this location!

I was very disappointed with my order. My salad contained a foreign substance, which made it inedible. Food safety and quality should be a top priority, and unfortunately this experience left me with serious concerns. I expected a gift card but they credited my account.

Man I came as a dasher went to the pick up spot greeted and ignored by the whole store then the girl changed trash instead of helping me then proceeded to help three other customers for refills without washing her hands then proceeds to look at me then look away to help another then when I said something about it she gave me the food with attitude with out the drunk n said something rude in Spanish to her manager or other co worker that another customer found very funny then accused me in Spanish of lying not knowing my bilingual significant other was present this just like all reviews don’t matter because reasons like this I won’t even accept door dash orders mind u I also didn’t get a straw or any good customer service what so ever

UPDATED: gave it another shot a year later. Completely new experience. Couldn’t be happier. And I have to say the layout of the parking lot and food delivery is very nice. Great job engineers!! Love the grilled chicken!! Looks like they deliver now too seeing the fleet of cute little cars! DoorDash is such a ripoff.

Really don’t like posting negative reviews but this was a completely shocking experience from a Chick-fil-A. Every single restaurant that I’ve ever been to, the food is fresh and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Having said that, visited this restaurant expecting the same experience. I purchased four large ice cream cups. When Sarah handed me the cup holder with the four cups, there was about 2” of ice cream in each of the cups with ice cream cones turned upside down in each one.

I asked Sarah about it since they are usually filled to the top with ice cream and covered with a plastic lid and a spoon. She told me they were large, didn’t even answer my question and was completely uninterested in solving MY problem.

I also ordered two 12 packs of chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. When I pulled out the nuggets, she didn’t give me any sauce.

I can honestly say that this was the worst Chick-fil-A restaurant I’ve ever been to and I won’t be back.
