I was traveling for work and ordered through DoorDash. The app said pickup in 18 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes after placing the order (giving them 2 extra minutes). The food nor drinks fountain drinks were ready.
The ladies room was disgusting. The ceiling tiles were moldy from water damage and the floors looked like they hadn’t ever been cleaned. Oh…and I believe an employee was smoking weed in there….that could explain a lot of these issues.
Several people were waiting and complaining about how long it was taking. The woman ahead of me said she was standing there for 15 minutes before being acknowledged and was now waiting another 20. A gentleman said they always take forever but unfortunately it’s one of the few spots open late.
A total of 40 minutes later I was finally out the door.
Finally back at the hotel after a 15 hour day I found the order was incorrect (put cheese on my hamburger and left the sauce on – both things I cannot eat due to allergies) – so I had no dinner.

Terrible service. Ordered food on Uber eats and this restaurant kept delaying the order for an hour until suddenly the order was canceled because they closed. Terrible service. Online order customer are equally as important. We all pay you for your service and food. Now here I am at 9pm on Christmas Eve and can’t order food because everyone is closing. No wonder you have low ratings on Uber eats.

We ordered doordash two of the green chili cheese burgers which consists of a patty, pepper jack cheese, chile and Chipotle mayo…. that is not anywhere near what we got. We received plain patties with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onions. By the time received our food it was closed.

I ordered three cheeseburgers for delivery. The burgers were very sloppy with huge chunks of onion rather than slices, very sloppy with the sauce and not tasty at all. I don’t think I’ll be a return customer.

This is my second time having this and the first time Was amazing the burger was perfectly cooked and the fries was 5*s second time I hadn’t remember how big the burger was and ordered a triple it took me a while to finish and I loved that and the fries were a bit lacking second time around but the manager was nice enough to fix my order the second time around and I thank you for that.I pray the third time I have this it’s just as good as the first.
