Just went through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago. Not a bad experience over all I suppose. The young lady who took my order did just fine. But the young man who gave me my order was rushing so quickly he told me the wrong price among other things. I jokingly said when you rush that’s when mistakes happen. He clapped back with ” we only have 2 minutes to get each order out” Now I am all about Speed of Service and I am keenly aware of what can happen in a backed up drive thru. However. When I got home this is what I got. The burger was great and my 3/4 FULL coke was fine but I would have enjoyed having some
Fries. I would prefer that I wait a little longer and have a correct order than be a statistic on your smile board because you got me

Staff was polite & friendly!!
Food on the other hand was disrespectful & disappointing. Watered down, flavorless gravy, and cardboard flavored biscuits. Not many options in this small town I had to visit for work. So I choose braums over whataburger. Big mistake. My cold hash brown clump was the best thing I had!!

Had an unpleasant experience here. First started off with a guy at the register telling us not to worry about the incorrect pricing on the menu literally what he said lol. And then we ordered a junior burger that was never added to the original order so had to order another one. And also one of the single cheeseburgers ordered was soggy on the bottom bun. Not sure if it was grease or juices of veggies or what but it was super mushy and soaked. I will say there was one gentleman who corrected everything but other than that it wasn’t great. Glad I was just passing through here for a weeding because I would be disappointed if this was my local braums.

I like Braum’s.. but, this location, too hit or miss for me.
I have not ever had a juicy Braum’s cheeseburger every time I ordered one. I’ve never had a Braum’s cheeseburger that wasn’t dry, at this location.

Food was amazing as always from pretty much any Braum’s location! The reason there is not 5 starts is because the quality of the dining room, cramped and dated with flies. The grocery area was beautiful, totally different from the eating area. Drive threw was lined up around the building and at time out the okie g lot. Over all, great meal AND desert!

I’m about done with Braums. The service is so slow that I could go into a sit down restaurant and it would be cheaper, better, faster, and they would actually have some sort of customer service. Then when you get your food it’s almost not edible.

They already have holiday ice cream! Every Braums I have been to lacks a lot in cleanliness. Tables are dirty. Trash needs dumped. Floors are littered. This time of year flies are horrible. It is hard to find a table clean enough to sit down.

Decided to try Braums for a breakfast sandwich for the first time. Truly disappointed; apparently there is no quality check of their food. The muffin was in pieces, yet they still wrapped it up and sent it with us. Won’t make the mistake again; too many other choices right down the road
