The amount of time it takes for them to deliver a simple pizza and bread sticks is absolutely insane! Ordered back in October and it took over 2 hours to deliver, decided to give them another chance this evening and here we are again! It’s been out for delivery for 40 minutes and they are 10 minutes down the road! This will be the last time we order from them!

While the pizza was good as per usual I got a small garden salad and a large Cesar salad which was the same size as my small garden. I went to place the salads in bigger bowls to notice I had to throw 60% of salad away in both due to salad being way past its prime. Please just be honest with customers when products don’t look up to standards. Honest is best policy

If I could leave a zero I would. I ordered a pizza at 630 from Marco’s in Woodville Oh and the rude person who took my order said it would be 90 min because they only had one driver. I called after the 90 min were up and he said I’m sorry he is on his way. I waited 15 more min..still no delivery. I used part of my credit for the order because 9/10 they get the order wrong. When I called the second time he said they delivered it to the wrong place and were remaking the order. He hung up on me!! I will never order a pizza from this location ever again. He should be fired. I will be calling the owner in the morning. Do not order from this place!

This place USE to be the best marcos around, the last year it’s been absolute trash. Every single time we order a specific pizza and literally say that we want to make sure that it’s correct because they have messed it up every single time they still continue to mess it up. I’m talking about they put toppings on the pizza that don’t even go on it…. They obviously aren’t being trained correctly when the worker is asking me what goes on their pizzas. I am so disappointed in this place it has gone downhill so fast. ALSO they do not use gloves they will touch all over the phones and the cash drawer and then go make your pizza, it’s absolutely disgusting. Do not go here if you value your health, as well as if you want anything different then a cheese pizza because they will disappoint you.

Ordered pizza and bread, waited 45 minutes to an hour, said they couldn’t deliver. I was 9 minutes away, and they assured me they could deliver. Then after hour and half told me driver was out partying. Manager should have got in car and delivered pizza. I am glad the other marcos stores are not this poorly ran. Manager should be fired, and someone more competent should run.

Ordered online, said ready at 6:30. Arrived at 6:39. Waited and waited while my order was sitting on the shelf, already paid and tipped. Finally walked back to my car to get my kid, and when walking back in someone was finally up to the register and assisted a gentleman even though I had been in there waiting before him, sounded like his salad was not ready yet either. So I stepped up next to get mine. No apology for the wait, no have a nice night. I understand busy, but when it’s pre paid and sitting in front of you for ten mins…. poor customer service. Could’ve at least extended the apology and offered me to have a nice night. The other woman waiting used to work there, and they had her come back later because the worker “had no idea where her bread is at”. The customer who used to work there didn’t seem bothered but, yeah seems like the workflow needs some pace fixing.

We always have the best experience with this Marco’s. We live just outside the delivery area but they always meet us 5 minutes from our house. Food is always perfect and delicious! Delivered earlier than quoted! They also deliver to Sycamore Grove, which is only the hippest spot to play pool. We appreciate y’all! Thanks Marcos!!
