You really can’t beat wings at BWW. Their lunch specials are a great deal and they get it ready fast. Staff is friendly and they have never messed up an order and we order from there for lunch very frequently. We’ve dined in before too and everything is always a great experience. I love BWW and the flavors. The fries and fried pickles are the best! You can’t really go wrong here at BWW. The environment is nice and if you’re a sports fan, you’ll love it here.

Last night my now fiance and myself had dinner here. While the food was great and the service started out amazing the night ended with us leaving very upset. My fiance purposed to me in your establishment last night, while the staff was amazing during as we were leaving and I was in the restroom my fiance could over hear your kitchen staff as well as our server making fun on the ring he used. He could clearly over hear them saying “thats not a proper engagement ring and I wouldnt of said yes to that” The ring I chose because I thought it was pretty and pointed it out to him because I am not one to like overly flashy and prefer a simple ring. I just think this was extremely unprofessional and unwarranted for them to comment on and left a very bad taste in our mouth.

My buddies and I were left high and dry by an inattentive waitress; we felt practically abandoned here. We didn’t get any refills for our drinks the entire time; when we ordered a dessert for the table, a cookie skillet, we asked for three spoons and to get the ice cream on the side, because one of us is lactose intolerant, however that wasn’t properly communicated to the kitchen and it came out normally with only one spoon. Lastly when it became time to pay, after we were given our second receipt for the tip, we weren’t given pens and it took us having to track down another waitress for a pen so we could finally get out of there. The food was decent and came out quick, but I can’t recommend the service

I love BWW but this one in particular goes above the standard service. Attentiveness, knowledge of options and deals, and kind happy service. Patrice checked me out and was kind to inform me of a better option, and bought two bottles of my favorite sauce just so I could convince her to try it ha! Manger was super nice and honestly impressed every time I come here. As a busy person, I forgot to take a moment to say my thanks, so here I am doing that… stay great guys! Also, try Caribbean Jerk… it better stay on the sauce list

I ordered late at night and the order was put for the next day and I called the store to cancel because I needed food for my family that night. I just was released from the hospital and I’ve been very sick so I had to get my kids something because I simply couldn’t cook or go shopping. They were not only kind they made sure my order went through got someone to deliver my food to my kids so they had something to eat. They even put a note in the bag with cookies. That meant so much to me and my babies were full and enjoyed the hot meal! I order from here all the time anyways, but I will always come here going forward. Thank you guys so much

Usually this is a great place to eat! Tonight though, my family and I arrived around 8:50pm – 3 adults and 3 children (8 month old, my 3 year old and 10 year old. We went to try and seat in a reasonable area where my children would be safe on regular chairs. Anyways, this server or bartender, didn’t get his name but he was a bald tall guy, approaches us and tells us “this is closed off, you have to sit on the high seats”.. ok??? Risking a fall with children.. who in the right state of mind with common sense will tell a family with young children to go seat at a table with high chairs. Ridiculous!!

We had a great time! Abby was our server and she was attentive, prompt and had a great attitude. John the manager on duty, also was very nice and we appreciated him checking in with us!! It was a nice environment to watch OU Sooners play Alabama!!

BUGS ON THE WALL! the food was good. they didn’t have the bread for the first sandwich ordered but the one i ended up getting wasn’t bad. the server was super friendly and sweet. as we were eating, a cockroach started to climb up the wall next to my husband and almost got on him. the manager came over and said “i’ll call my guy out tomorrow.” didn’t apologize for the rodent on the wall next to us while eating. extremely disappointed with the lack of care from the management staff and cleanliness of this establishment.
