My husband and I went last night on a whim, as we were driving through DT Stone Mountain to go back home. We decided to stop in and have a small bite to eat and had no idea it was the first night they were open to the public! We ordered a burger and fries and a chicken salad sandwich and a side of coleslaw. I’m super picky when it comes to chick salad and theirs is very good. It’s not ‘chunky’ in texture but very simple, yet delicious. The coleslaw reminds me a lot of Chick-fil-A’s, that they discontinued so I’m excited to have that again, as it was also very good. The burger was REALLY tasty and the fries were crispy and seasoned well. We both had drinks: The decor is rustic and fun and they have big TV’s which will be great when baseball starts up! I’m excited to have a mid-price point restaurant in DT SM, as we love Cherokee Rose but sometimes want to go somewhere a little less expensive + less high end aka, chicken tenders, fries, chicken salad, etc.

This is exactly what Stone Mountain Village area needed! We tried the Chili Cheese Fries, Chicken Salad Sandwich and the Chicken Club Salad – all were amazing. The interior is a vibe, the nods to the area’s history including the exposed granite wall and wood beam ceiling add to the ambiance. Shoutout to the owner Johnathan, whose contributions to the community have elevated our food scene and brought our close community even closer with amazing places to gather and share life’s moments.

Stone Mountain village has needed this! The space is carefully thought out and preserved. The tv/music was low enough not to be disruptive. The conversations were people who were enjoying themselves. The staff (especially Jonathan) was attentive! We had the haddock and the fried chicken salad… both delicious and portions were generous enough to have lunch tomorrow.

Place just opened. I have a quality standard when it comes to food and atmosphere. If they keep this up I will be a returning visitor for sure. Place looks great, food is awesome.
