Love this New York style pizza and bread sticks!!
Always quick delivery and warm !! Very polite employees !! We order every Saturday night , never had a problem and always delicious!! Edited: to be fair last time we ordered we were disappointed for 1st time but I let it go as a fluke. Now 2nd time in a row we are disappointed. It was just food last time, this time was food and hour delivery time , app kept saying 2 minutes away then delayed dropping off other orders and this went on for 25 minutes and of course our food was cold . This was our every Saturday for months. Time to switch.

SO disappointed with every part of my order!!!! Not only did my pizza take 1 hr 25 minutes to arrive, but the entire order was COLD and appeared to have been DROPPED!

Terrible, the garlic knots were burnt and tiny, the square cut pizzas weren’t square cut, not even cut like a normal pizza. I think the staff are deliberately messing up. And it’s working considering the rating..

Three I have tried to order at the counter and three time I was never acknowledged and straight up ignored. I work in this plaza and sometimes depend on dining here. I believe it was the Manager.

EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. Was told my order was the next out of the oven but when it did i wasn’t informed. Had to wait and ask to be told. I was just there waiting for an order that was already ready.

Aggressive, confrontational and unprofessional staff. This location needs more effective manager and customer service training. Very Unprofessional. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Charged twice for my order and then refused to give me my pizza I ordered when I selected cash on the web portal and presented cash. Tried to get answers and a resolution as to my double charges and the management and entire staff were aggressive and defensive instead of solution oriented. “Manager in training” Would not even listen to what I was saying and trying to understand the situation. Rude employees and management that were unresponsive to resolving my issue after being charged twice. Unresolved issue that is being addressed with corporate. I DO NOT recommend pizza from this location and will not be ordering online from papa Johns again. As a business owner I would never have employees operating in such a way, nor will I contribute to a corporation that promotes such an atmosphere or behavior like I experienced.

I don’t normally write reviews often. However, I called to order food. I wasn’t quite sure exactly what I wanted. And was admittedly, taking a while to Make up my mind and order, the young lady that answered the call was extremely rude and told me she was in the middle of rush and hung up on me. I usually use Papa Johns as a go to for pizza, but I will likely not do that now, way to ruin the experience. I wish I’d caught her name. 10/2/24
