I don’t leave reviews, but I had to this time. This store has made a complete 180 since my last visit about a month ago!
It’s so much cleaner, and even though most of the same team is still here you can tell they’ve had some training because everything runs way smoother and faster.
Shoutout to whoever is leading this location you’re doing an awesome job. If it stays like this, my once a month visits might turn into a lot more. It’s really nice not having to drive farther just to get my order right and on time.

i usually come in pretty late in the day.. the people that work here are the best. they’re so nice and patient and so polite! this is my favorite jersey mikes location because of the people in it. i swear it makes the food taste better. they’re working hard and you can tell. they go above and beyond for each customer that comes in. i can’t say enough about these young men! 10/10

It used to be really good but something is very off with the cheesesteaks the last three times I’ve ordered. The bread has a chewy texture on the bottom like its stale and when i bite into it I keep getting gritty crunches like eating actual beach sand. One time it was so bad I could not even eat the sandwich and I threw it away. The meat seemed like it was old and the onions had a really gross texture as well. I used to order all the time but the last three were spaced out about a month each. I don’t think I will be back because if I’m paying $20 for a sandwich it should be pretty good.

You all have an employee that if we see working we will turn around and leave immediately. Dont know his name but he has glasses and longer hair. He is the most incompetent person ive ever encountered at any Jersey Mikes. Ever. Walked in today. He was the only person working around 230 pm. I left after standing there for 5-10 minutes as he took 2 sandwich orders. We have left the store before due to his inability to handle the job. I literally drove to the cleveland location today and likely ate before he finished those 2 peoples orders in front on me. Management has to know he is unfit for the job as he has worked there for months. Again, youve lost out in hundreds of dollars in sales from my family alone. Either he goes or we wont come back. Every other person is great, fast and makes great sandwiches. Dont know what this guys deal is but im not waiting 30 minutes to get 1 sub that shouldnt take longer than 10 minutes with multiple people in line. If he isnt working, we have no issues.

Sunday afternoon, 2~3 hrs study session — learning went smoothly today. For me, the main (pinnacle) criterion in cafes are personnel. They were nice. After asking about WIFI, two employees politely responded “apologies — we’ve got none”. Also, nobody insisted on “buying anything to stay in for a while. Because they said “little stay is okay”, I interpreted three hours as not too long (however, sorry “Jersey Sub” if it’s above “limit”). So, Jersey Mike Sub is now my fav education club-hub. 🙂

Took the staff about 40 minutes to make my order . Not sure what’s to blame, they had 6 people behind the counter but it looked like only 2 people were actually hustling to do anything. I understand being busy on a Sunday, but the whole time I was there, only 3 people made it through the checkout line..

I have to give a shoutout to Amanda, Amber, and David for the amazing service and yummy food. I found out Jersey Mike’s Subs has a gluten free bread to eat about a year an a half ago. Great move Jersey Mike’s cause more and more people like me are becoming allergic to wheat.
I even got a free cookie because I am a first responder in the county.
The store was very clean, neat, and well organized.
I truly enjoyed my tuna sandwich with bbq chips, drink, and cookie .
I high recommend this restaurant and tell them I sent you!

Went in today around 3:30 and was met with a kind greeting and great service by the gentleman named Messiah. I got multiple subs for my family and looked like Messiah was the only employee in the building when we got there. He was cleaning up the cutting station which took a minute or two. We had one customer waiting to place his order behind us, and Messiah asked for someone in the back to help take orders, of which he received no response or no. The customer behind us ended up leaving because of the wait. Another person walked him while Messiah was assembling my families sandwiches. He asked again for help from the back but received none. After eating our sandwiches we saw 3 more employees come to the counter.
Give Messiah a raise for what he has to deal with. You can’t train empathy or hard work, may need to review with employees who actually want to be there.
Otherwise great sandwiches!

The food itself is high quality, but the service experience was a bit lacking. The staff isn’t bad, but communication isn’t their strong suit, which can lead to some confusion at the counter. That being said, the cheesesteak is delicious and worth the visit. Just do yourself a favor and have your order ready to go before you step up to the line to make sure nothing gets missed.

I came in the other day and was immediately greeted by one of the most happy and upbeat person, I don’t know his name but he had long hair and glasses. I was having a terrible day and he took my order and cracked a bunch of jokes made my day ok, service was exceptional and food was excellent!
