I recently had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location while working as an Uber Eats driver. I arrived around 2 AM, hoping to pick up an order quickly through the drive-thru. However, after waiting in line, I was told they weren’t taking mobile app orders through the drive-thru and that I had to go to the back door instead.
I went around to the back, but no one noticed me for at least 15 minutes, and the door was locked. Standing outside in the cold at that time of night, waiting without any attention, was not a great experience. I understand that late hours can be busy, but some better coordination and customer care for delivery drivers would go a long way. Not the best experience for anyone relying on this place for late-night pickups.

Ordered my food on Uber Eats. I’m only 10 minutes away. Once the driver gets there he waits 30 Minutes. The manager then tell him that they don’t have the item, I asked for a substitute. She tells the driver she can’t because the order has already been canceled.
The order was still active. I called and asked her to cancel the order, she stated she doesn’t have my order. I contacted uber and they stated they couldn’t cancel my order because it was still live.
The woman was extremely rude and too incompetent to be running a business. I will be sending a complaint to corporate first thing in the morning. All you had to do was cancel my order ma’am.

The Manager here is very nasty and rude. I just was simply asking about a senior coffee, and she was very unresponsive and non-engaging. That’s horrible for a manager. And I’m a restaurant owner, who patronize this particular Micky Dees for 5 years. I hope and pray that upper management sees this review, and responds accordingly. She is an assistant Manager by the name of precilla. You should not be the face of a franchise, if you are not welcoming to your loyal customers. Thx

Just got a McCrispy, I also recommended it to my Mom. Got them and they are NOTHING like I had before. Instead of the nice big sandwich it used to be, it was maybe the size of 3 chicken nuggets, it doesn’t even cover the bun!!
More like a slider than a good chicken sandwich. We will never get that again. Shame McDonald’s..

On Thanksgiving morning I went through the drive thru. The young lady who was supposed to take the payment was on her phone facing the window. I waited approximately 5 minutes and she did not ask for payment. She never looked at me or put her phone down. It confused me because I figured I was supposed to go to the next window. Do I went to the next window. At the next window the young man went to check on her and came back and said yes she is on her phone. The young man took my payment.

It was amazing. The food was actually good and I had the fries and it was so good. It was salty and it was just so crispy. You have to go check it out. It might just be a normal McDonald’s, but none of the others are just like that.

Ordered my food at 6:06 today. Pull up to the window and they hand me the wrong food. They don’t have my food ready so they ask me to park in spot #2. Sure, no problem. ** 7 min go by** A worker comes to my window with someone else’s order AGAIN. Okay, no biggie. About 5 more minutes pass and the same worker brings out the wrong order AGAIN. That’s 3 times I was given the wrong order in like 15 minutes. At this point I go inside and they don’t even have my order on the screen anymore. I had to order a second time. Turns out the bags were mislabeled and a worker comes in from outside with my bag of food she had given to someone else. They tried handing it to me and I said no, I’d like them to remake it because I don’t know who you gave my food to/if they touched it, etc. The manager was clearly annoyed by this but she did it anyway. Or at least I thought?? I get home and look at this burger. Not only is it burnt but it’s cold so it was clearly made awhile ago. I ended up leaving McDonalds at 6:27 (I ordered at 6:06) so I’m thinking they made my food when I ordered but lost it and it was just sitting around trying to find a home. I am disgusted they apparently did not give me a new sandwich. Just gross. I ended up throwing it away. Waste of money!

Clean. Need work on customer service. Employees speak well but lack of having delivery services pickup ready timely especially in the early Part of the morning when it is dark. Off main road. Delivery services go inside to pickup. Early in the morning before doors open you might be able to go through drive through but they have a side window in main entry you can go to but no one stands there to serve ongoing delivery services. Dine in or take out. Drive through at this location is open 24 hours. Plenty of parking. Sell burgers, fries, fish and chicken nuggets. Also have salad, smoothies and sell breakfast.
