Great customer service. Classic burger, good taste. I didn’t get a shake this time but I’ve had one in the past and they’re shakes are very old school & thick. The food is always hot when it comes to your table.

The place was clean, the workers were friendly BUT paying $15 for a thin mushy, soggy burger is outrageous. They gave me 8 pickles with so much mustard and not a lot of ketchup. I couldn’t finish my burger because there was so much mustard. And the pickles were sour. I don’t recommend ever eating here but do as you please.

The burger was ok. I think if the burger was seared more, it will taste a lot better. The frys were good and eating area was pretty clean. It seems if you’re a person of color, the people eating there look at you weird, but I could be wrong.

Iconic burger joint, been going here since the 70s. Not a chain.
I had delicious cheeseburger with onion rings.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Prices in line with other burger joints.

Had great local pecans available. I bought a quart bag for $11.

Its not the same and wont be back. I had a simple chilli dog. And tasted burnt. There chilli tasted burnt. Dog was burnt.
Onion rings was like they use to be.
Ordered a dp float and they didnt add alot of dp like normally.

Why cant it be like it use to be?

This would be 5 stars but the kids meals were just ok. Kids burger was a little overcooked and the red hotdog threw my son off too. The adults food was all delicious. Order a water and got tiny cups. That always irks me. Great service, good food and fair prices. Fries were definitely a hit for everyone.

I visited Feltner’s Whatta-Burger with two of my coworkers at the end of February! The atmosphere makes you feel like you’re right at home. There’s Arkansas Tech and other local schools’ memorabilia throughout the restaurant! I recommended we go to Feltner’s because they’re in the Arkansas Food Hall of Fame! It speaks a lot to their contributions to Arkansas food culture!! I had a cheeseburger with all the toppings and fries. I really enjoyed it! I thought that all the employees were friendly. I had an overall great experience!

I like the atmosphere and customer service was on point. It was almost closing time so they gave us some free desserts! That was nice. It took them about 5 to 8 minutes to get our food ready. I ordered the double-double and I got full. The only thing I didn’t like much was their onion rings. I am a fan of onion rings and they tasted plain in my opinion. Maybe a little more salt? Breading? On the bright side, their fries were really good. Fresh and hot. My wife order a spicy chicken sandwich, fries and water. I ordered a double double, onion rings, and a Coke. And we paid 29 dollars. I recommend this place, pretty chill and decent food. I’ll upload a photo of the update prices since the most recent menu photo is 2 years old. Merry Christmas!

Today’s experience at Whataburger was a very fantastic one. Friendly and fast service with a smile.
There’s nothing better than sinking your teeth into a hot piping juicy burger filled with massive flavor.

The french fries are ever so mouth-watering leaving you nothing but desire to wash it down with a ice cold Dr Pepper.
