I was out Door Dashing and decided to take a break and come get something to eat . A new assignment ,and new location so I popped in. It wasn’t a wait to order and I was greeted with a host in less than 3 minutes.
Everything was fresh. There was one cook and 2 ladies helping with orders .
I ordered a veggie bowl and decided to sit to eat in. When I walked around the corner I saw the back area looking like a tornado hit it ! Shocked I thought maybe to eat in the car.
I did go back to the cashier to ask if she had something to clean off the tables and area as it was dirty .
She immediately came with a clean towel and cleaned off the tables and area where the trash was.
I truly appreciated her doing so ,as I was surprised since this was a new establishment and it wasnt busy, for it to be so dirty with trash and food left on the counters .
It looked much better ! I stayed to eat and left .

@ketlyn or kat wtv the name she doesn’t knows how to serve , i have got extra chicken bowl and they have charged $15 while they didn’t have veggies and she was adding everything like one tablespoon ,never come this place again . And I don’t want to give even one star but I don’t have a choice. Don’t go this place.i will tell each and everyone my close friends that don’t visits this place too , incident happened august 13th 9.30 p.m , either change the staff or close the locations, Burlington and Cinnaminson chipotle are far better

This Chipotle just opened and I thought I would give it a try. This store is quite small, but maybe all Chipotle locations are this small. The music was pleasant, but far too loud, especially when the loud HVAC fan is on. It is incredibly difficult to hear the people behind the counter, especially the women. The place is fairly clean, but when I arrived there were a number of unclean, smeary tabletops.
I wanted to try their new, hyped Braised Beef Barbacoa, but you guessed it, they didn’t have any. So I settled for a Chicken Burrito. I was barely into the burrito when it started to fall apart part at the bottom. The tortillas that I use at home do a much better job. What a mess! The contents of the burrito didn’t have much flavor. I could taste the brown rice and that was about it, in spite of having a watery queso sauce.
What really torques me is that Chipotle still does not have a self-serve bar with multiple kinds of salsa and pico de gallo. Yes, I would expect them to keep the guacamole and watery queso behind the counter, but this is 2025, be like other similar establishments and install a salsa bar. I added their Chips & Salsa to my order, but I ran out of salsa long before I finished the chips. I should be able to serve myself and get more salsa, and maybe it would have made the burrito a bit tastier.
So in summary, try a different quick-serve establishment. There are a number of good stores that really have excellent food, especially CAVA (a very nice Mediterranean experience with plenty of choices). And if you’re going to advertise certain food, make sure you have it in stock, otherwise take the damn signage down until you do. If you do insist on eating here, they do have a number of outdoor tables with umbrellas.

Worst service ever! They kept messing up my pickup order. Someone else waiting to order left because they’ve been waiting for a long time and no one came to ask them for their order and simply ignored their presence. The whole atmosphere and the attitude of the staff is unwelcoming. I came at 645 pm on 02/23

One part of my burrito was super spicy (not sure which ingredient) and one part (I think the white rice) was grossly overly salty. I don’t think they mixed their ingredients around right. Been here many times before and haven’t had that problem but this experience would make me reluctant to go back

Not very friendly or helpful. I ask for a sample taste of one of the meats in case I wanted to order it on my next visit, that didn’t happen. Next time for a early birthday lunch and shopping day with family and friend I will be choosing another establishment, this was my first time and I chose you. I will definitely try another establishment maybe in a different state to see if they practice the same type of service.

This was a $25 order sent via DoorDash. Of course there was A five dollar fee but overall for a $20 order to come with barely any steak in it and Full of lettuce, wrong rice, and drink missing is wrong. I would suggest going directly to chipotle instead of having it delivered.

I’ll change this 1 star review to a 5 star if you guys fix the front door. That thing absolutely SLAMS shut every time somebody goes through it. It’s completely broken. During the time I ate my bowl I heard it slam like 10 times. The employees must be going out of their minds having to hear that 1000 times a shift.
Pretty good chipotle otherwise though.
