DON’T BOTHER…..We hadn’t been in years because food and service had gotten so bad, but decided to give it another chance thinking maybe new employees over time would have improved things. We were wrong. The place was empty. We ordered to go. The 4 cheese mac n cheese was basically plain penne pasta with a little watered down flavorless sauce on one side. Thank goodness I took it home so I could add cheese, garlic and butter to make my own Alfredo. There was no fixing the tiny chicken strips. It was a “now you see it now you don’t” thing when I covered it with the tiny plastic knife in the silverware packet. Doesn’t look anywhere near their picture (posting theirs and mine as comparison). Should be liable for false advertisement. $30 for 2 meals that wasn’t worth $15 together is ridiculous. I should have a full refund for the trouble. Definitely will NOT make the mistake of trying this location again.

Myself and a friend Went for late lunch/early dinner..the disabled hostess w so rude to us…finally got seated… no silverware… took about 10 mins to get greeted by our server…who ended up being very sweet… she was hustling tables on both sides of the restaurant. I can always appreciate a hard work ethic. Ordered the sirloin medium rare w mashed potatoes & broccoli. My steak came out medium well although ate it anyways. My friend had chicken Alfredo penne. She loved her dish. Overall, I was satisfied but not impressed. Not sure i will be back anytime soon.

Great service (hostess Kia and server Tiffany were great and attentive) and quick!
Food portions were decent and fair, and well plated and presented. The price is the only thing I wish was a bit more reasonable on some things. Oh the loaded waffle fries are totally worth it!

Unfortunate experience on a Friday evening. The restaurant was not packed but there was a steady stream of customers coming in. There was a wait to be seated (15 min), which was fine, we had time to look over the menu. Once we were seated we placed our order and then waited about an hour and fifteen minutes before our order came out. Once the food arrived the order was correct and everything tasted fine. But in the course of waiting I watched at least 3 groups of people come in and leave after waiting 10 min for a seat. Watching the tables around me people were seated with drinks but also had no meals. It was unfortunate that we had ordered, otherwise we likely would have left at the 45 min mark. Then to add to the time it took 7 minutes to be checked out and finally leave. If staffing levels were too low it would have been better to turn people away before seating more customers, or provide a longer wait time up front so people can make a more informed choice.

We love Chris! He is a fantastic waiter! Very polite. The food was excellent! Wings were crisp, lots of sauce, salad was huge, Pretzles were great! Fast service, great happy meal deals!

We had a good time trying out the many appetizers which were half price during happy hours. Our server Makayla was personalble, courteous and helpful. The fried cheese curds although that is probably not the official name were probably the best ive ever had. The boneless chicken wings to my surprise were of a cool not quite warm temperature which may be a result of how they stage item before saucing. Correct temperature on wings need improvement. The powdered donut desert was “on point”. The picture only shows six but we started with a total of ten. We also had the chicken quesadilla and the pretzel sticks. Both were good but did not excite like the fried cheese.

Tried going one last time after previous bad experiences and was seated right away as there was no one there and we waited 15 minutes while 7 employees were by the bar talking. I’ll be shocked they make it to the end of the year. We like the menu and the food but service has been terrible for years. Very sad and disappointing because I never have less than 4 people with me and so much potential in our small city.

I went to Applebee’s in Fairfield this past Saturday evening with three other family members. We were short on time before going to a concert. Cody R was AMAZING!!! He knew we were on a time crunch. Brought our drinks out very quickly and although we only ordered appetizers, he was very kind and attentive to our table. Great Job Cody!!!

If you like to gamble with your food this is the place for you. Will your basket of fries be 8 fries or 40? Who knows. Did your burger come rare medium or well done. Take a bite and find out. Every order is like a brand new surprise.
