I loved the people working, they were very nice and personable. The food was very good, i would have prefered a bit more sauce but it was great, this is why I came back to the PNW from the east coast that doesnt know how to cook

I got burnt out on Birria PDX when I lived in Hazel Dell, so haven’t tried this place since moving to the east side a year ago… until tonight when I realized they’ve got birria taquitos! Taquitos are my go-to order from Muchas Gracias, or at least they were. I won’t be going back there now. Carlos Birria has 4 taquitos for $8.50 before tax, there are more ingredients on top, and the flavors are more complex. It’s worth having to leave my car for a moment for better food at a better price. I love that they stay open until 11pm, perfect spot to satisfy the munchies. They unfortunately don’t have pumpkin horchata at the moment, hopefully they get it next month?

I cannot support this place anymore. My quesadilla barely had meat, every single lime they gave us was bone dry, and the consommé was so salty. I remember they used to add some chunks of meat in it but apparently not anymore. I cannot justify these prices at all.

Really good food and great velvety of options!
This is my 4th time coming here so it is definitely a place to recommend. The birria fries area good 8/10. The quesabirria tacos are also 8/10 with my only critique being that I prefer the tortilla to be a bit crispier but nonetheless still great. They have 2 bench tables with covering for when it rains or is too sunny. Customer service has always been 10/10 and always very freindly.

Love the tacos and birria here! The tacos al pastor are my favorite and I stop by the Walmart just to go here next! The service is great too, so I prefer stopping by in-person, but I also just found them on DoorDash and got to enjoy from home!

The quesabirrieria was super flavorful and they give you an unexpectedly large portion of consume. Unfortunately we found a bone in one of our three tacos alongside bone fragments as well. I’m sure this is just a one time oversight but felt compelled to call it out, could’ve been a chipped tooth or a potential choking hazard.

We frequent taco trucks all over Vancouver, and this is one of our favorites. I suggest not to order the taquitos, but everything else I’ve ordered so far is always flavorful and filling. The drinks are amazing, but if you’re like my kids, order it without the chamoy. I order mine with it In the inside of the cup because I drive a manual, and it gets to be too messy, plus I can’t wait until I get home to start glugging the goodness.

Service was excellent! Food was prepared in a timely manner. The place looked clean and well organized. The food was a 9/10 and the portion sizes were a 10/10. I would definitely recommend going!

Great food.
I lived in central Los Angeles for awhile and can tell good authentic Mexican food.
This place is pretty great, nice portions, the authentic flare was definitely there and the prices were reasonable, post COVID standards anyway.
They didn’t tell me you have to order the consume separate, which was a shame because I wanted to head home after the wait.
Guess I’ll have to come back again to try the consume .
We got the birria burrito and three birria tacos. Which added up to 19$ after tax.

Hidden behind Snappy’s Food & Gas, next to Richie’s Tire at 104th & Mill Plain. Had the tamales, which were not on their main menu board, but were as tasty as any I have had in the area. The only thing that kept a 5-star food rating is the ratio of masa to filling, favoring the masa. Even with that being said I am looking forward to eating there again.
