ROACHES!!!!!! I ordered tenders and fries along with my friend. We saw a baby roach on the counter! Then an adult roach i told the guy behind the counter and guess what he did???? He brush it onto the floor passed me! We were soooo disgusted! I will NEVER set foot in there again How are they allowed to serve the public food in there and they clearly have an infestion! Last week, I was in Plainfield helping a friend with his stalled car when I had a quick interaction with one of the staff members (possibly the owner or manager), and I could immediately tell this place is run by great people. Their kindness really stood out—not only in the way they treated us but also in their generosity. It’s clear they truly care about their customers, and that kind of hospitality is rare to find these days.
My girlfriend and I decided to grab something to eat, and I’m so glad we did. We had the ribeye steak sandwich, and it was absolutely amazing! The steak was grilled perfectly, the hoagie roll was fresh, and the flavors all came together perfectly. It was exactly what we needed after a long day. The welcoming atmosphere and great food made this a memorable experience, and we’re already planning another trip to try more of their menu. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area!

This is a Plainfield institution The Red Tower is a great Plainfield a spot to get a shirt quick meal done with perfection. Some of the items are pricey but they’re well within your price range if you want good service and great atmosphere.
