Outstanding fresh sushi! So happy to finally have good sushi. He obviously puts love into every roll. No detail is overlooked. Ordered a few different rolls and they were perfection. Th only thing I didn’t love is the cowboy edamame – it was a little mushy. I cannot wait to return. So incredible!

This is exactly the hole in the wall sushi place you want to stumble into. Gabe is focused on one thing and one thing only and that’s to source the best possible fish he can and dedicate him to his craft. No Asian or Mexican slaves peddling petroleum soaked fish here, look to WZ bistro for that. No ambiance, no romance, no fluff, just the best sushi that you’ll find in the verde valley. Kind of a glitch in the matrix in the best way possible. I can’t wait to take out more sushi from this place.

We were lucky enough to try a few rolls before he opened since we work a few doors down, at the pet groomers, his salmon roll is to die for and I haven’t personally seen a kimchi roll but it’s now in my top favorites! He is an incredible chef and his restaurant is so fun to be in, I love all of the little statues and paraphernalia. I know my new lunch spot, and I’m definitely bringing some home to the family
