We stopped in for breakfast on our way to UAB for a Dr’s. appointment. We ordered a steak and bacon, egg and cheese buscuit. Unfortunately, they were both soggy like a sponge and were not edible. We were already on the interstate and didn’t have time to go back. So on our way home we stopped in again and the manager was very polite and efficient. She apologized and refunded our meals. I’m sure this wasn’t a regular thing and we will stop by again.

This location is disgusting. The soda fountain had nasty stains and paper on it and the entire restaurant was just filthy. Nobody was trying to clean or pick up paper. Another patron makes a comment about the bathroom when he heard me say that staff needed to clean. He stated “ you don’t wanna see the bathroom”. Management please get on your job! See pictures! Bathrooms disgusting as well. Employee in drive thru can clearly be seen on my uploaded picture, sitting in a chair at the drive thru and on the phone! Unacceptable

I placed a mobile order for lunch, I got to there around 12:08, there was only 2 people inside. I stood at the “mobile order pick up here” sign, and not a single employee said anything to me even after I had been standing there for a couple of minutes. After still standing there more customers start to come in and I was still ignored, even though I had been standing there for around 6 or so minutes. At 12:18 I decided to ask an employee to come over and she got it too me. If you have someone standing at the counter you should probably acknowledge them.

Went thru drive thru at 8:10 pm. Ordered 3 burgers, 1 fry and a drink. I waited for over 20 minutes. Even went inside to use the bathroom. All the employees were standing around chatting, goofing off and not doing their damn job. No other customers at this time. While waiting someone came thru drive thru, received their food and drove off as I am still waiting Paid $15. I got my drink but never got my food. I could not wait any longer I waited for 30 minutes I was headed to an emergency service call at a major medical center.. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never be back to this location. Does it really take over 30 minutes to make a damn hamburger these days????? At a fast food restaurant!!!!!!!

This location has really gone downhill. The food quality was terrible — cold, greasy, and definitely not fresh. What made it worse was the customer service. The workers seemed more focused on talking to each other at the registers than taking care of the customers standing right in front of them.
In my honest opinion, this Jacks needs to be closed down and reopened under new management. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of leadership and attention to quality. I won’t be coming back until major changes are made

My God!!! It took nearly 45mins to get my food. My chicken strips were hard and old. The milkshake tasted kinda funny. This place is ghetto fabulous!!! No consideration of TIME, EVERYONE was moving in show motion. I love JACK’S!!! BUT THIS ONE IS NOT ON MY LIST!!! Management please consider evaluating this place service, it’s AWFUL….

Waited 30 minutes for 1 biscuit and then eventually went inside and waited another 10 minutes for a refund which they couldn’t figure out how to do. The service is always bad here and the food might taste good once out of every 10 visits.

Messy tables, cold food, for 10 minutes we stood @ front counter b4 our order was taken as employees walked back and forth without even acknowledging anyone, slow service, fries undone, was told they were out of ranch, but on Lukewarm fish sandwich it had Ranch not tartar sauce and cheese would not melt it was so cold. Only saw 2 employees behind counter, drive-thru line was wrapped around, besides us one other couple in the building, bathrooms both male & female were a total mess, smelled horrible & had no Soap in the female bathroom. All tables in the lobby, no napkins, even front counter hadn’t been wiped down.

First the positive. Our cashier was polite and friendly. The restaurant was nasty and grungy. Fecal matter on the men’s bathroom walls ,paper towels over flowing in trash, none of paper products in their dispenser properly. The floors slick from to much soap in mop water. Over all just built up filth over time. This is not a random occurrence; wish corporations better policed this kinda stuff on these franchises. I am sure the kitchen is just as bad. If the employees go to the bathroom in this filth I am sure they take the same pride in the kitchen. Sadly my wife ordered before I could stop her. Food was luke warm and slung together. We were one of 4 people in whole restaurant with only two people in drive thru.
