We order from this McDonald’s on a fairly regular basis and it’s always very hit or miss. The service is generally very bad with rude employees, long wait times, and orders are often wrong/missing items. The food is usually fine with minor quality and presentation issues. Tonight however we were served completely inedible, undercooked burgers. My husband took a few bites of his and immediately noticed an off texture and pink color in the meat. We cut it in half and the burger was completely pink inside. My burger was also undercooked with a strange texture but not as severely. The meat looks unsafe for consumption and I’m worried about my family getting ill from the food we were given! My husband used the QR code on the receipt to leave feedback and we were offered a free cheeseburger which is insulting considering our entire $35 meal was inedible and we had to figure out something else to have for dinner tonight. We will NOT be going back to this location and in fact will likely be staying away from McDonald’s in general for a very long time.

I visited the Victory Drive location today, and once again received horrible service. I ordered breakfast at 10:21a and arrived approximately 10 minutes later to pick it up, I gave the order number, and this reply “Sir breakfast is over”, I replied well what do I do because I ordered it before “breakfast was over”…”well we can replace it”..I then said let me get a Quarter pounder w/Cheese meal with an apple pie w/ sweet tea. Get to the 1st window requested my receipt, got to the 2nd window and the girl wanted to see my receipt?? “Oh, I just wanted to make sure you didnt have a drink”…what different does it make, the customer made a breakfast order, you refused to make it, has to choose something off the lunch menu then you want to nit pick about if I had a drink on the breakfast order you didn’t make? First, its called customer service, customer appeasement, taking care of the customer etc. It wasn’t in any way unreasonable to give the customer a drink with his “replacement” order, since they were wrong in not making his original order to begin with. Then to top it off I had to pull over and wait. When my food was finally brought out to my car, they didnt include my drink didnt say one word to me no good morning, no sorry for the wait, no thank you, we apologize for the inconvenience, nothing…The entire situation reflects very poorly on the Manager, the franchisee, and the company as a whole. I can clearly see why the employees act the way they do, since management is exactly the same.

Moving to two days ago, had an equally poor experience, ordered breakfast that day as well, and the line of cars literally wrapped around both sides of the building, and that was because, the Manager had the inside locked. I know this because I changed my drive thru order to counter, got out to pick it up, and the doors were locked at 6:35a? So, I called Customer service at 7:30 to has them to contact the store and put my food away and Ill pick it up at 11a…was told they cant contact individual stores, but would make a note of my call, really? Like…really. I returned to the facility at 11:10a and walked inside and stood at the counter, the manager saw me, along with 3 employees. Not one said one word to me just kept focusing on drive through orders, and no one was taking care of front counter after 5 minutes of standing there an employee that was taking out a table order, walked by and I asked about my morning order, the manager spoke directly to him behind the counter and said we throw it away after an hour. Kept working and never spoke to me at all. First, you have Drive thru, front counter, table orders, and parked car bring out orders, and guess what all have to be served. You dont just ignore the counter orders or inside customers, like what happened to me. That manager was rude, uncaring, and should not manage anything but her attitude.

I will not be returning to this location, or any owned by this franchisee (Ill do my research)…

So, if you want poor service, attitudes, and being ignored, by all means go to the Victory Drive location because that’s exactly what you will get.

Message to the (owner)..no need to send me one of those canned messages for me to contact you, which will send me to that same form, on the app, because I did that the first time, and I have yet to receive a reply, or refund for the prior order I paid for but never received or had the opportunity to “replace” like the one today.

One last thing, you never lose just 1 customer…as many will see this review, and will take their business elsewhere like I plan to do.

Now ba ba ba ba ba to that!

This is exactly what you want from a McDonald’s: it’s consistent, fast, and the food is hot. I’ve stopped here a few times and have zero complaints—the order is always right and the staff keeps things moving. It’s a solid, reliable spot when you just need a quick meal without any hassle.

Went through the drive thru. Got a double cheeseburger – no mustard, extra pickle. Got to my hotel room, sandwich was plain. Went back to get it fixed. Said they fixed it. Went back to my hotel room. Had one pickle and some ketchup. Went back to get it fixed. Their excuse about the extra pickles and onions was that they fall off before they build the burger as in while they flip the patties onto the sandwich. . . . . .

I worked for McDs from age 15 to 17 (2008 to 2012) and this was never an excuse. It’s a simple “Is the stuff on the sandwich, or not?” Kind of thing.

Guess 2025 got these workers double guessing what’s right and what’s wrong. The manager was nice at first, but then clearly got agitated when I came back the third time.

That’s when I saw the reflection of leadership. Hope yall do better. Yall are McDonalds……

At the end of all of this, they still never added any onions…… this has to be intentionally done. This was after the manager said “It is correct, I’ve made it myself.”

Please see photos for imprints of the pickles, cheese, etc.

So petty all because they were initially wrong. What’s wrong with people nowadays. It’s just a sandwich lol

P.S. At least they counted 7 insisted of 6 for my nuggets. Pathetic. (See pic)

I tried to call this location back. I guess I should have used my context clues. No one there on a Friday night. I ordered through drive thru. The McRib meal, large fry, large DP. I know these people should know the difference between cooked fries and uncooked fries. Large box of uncooked fries they were still white. They looked like they were in the fryer 1 sec

Came in with a large order. Front cashier very helpful. Due to the large order, another experienced cashier/manager completed the order and the people filling the order filled expeditiously with great efficiency. They were spectacular!! Thank you!!

Employees are rude and don’t mind using foul language loud enough for the customers to hear. Order ALWAYS has something missing wether it’s the sauces or food. Only good thing about this location is it has a park for the kids which definitely comes in handy

Unfortunately, this location has awful food and service. McDonald’s main food item is their crispy, salty fries, yet if you order from here, your fries will be floppy and unsalted. They are often old and stale as well. This location has an abundance of complaints regarding the food, the workers, and the management. Corporate needs to come and take the sign away; maybe while job hunting, the workers here will figure their lives out. I recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to the other McDonald’s.
