I’ve been going to this location for the past three years. If we go in we barley have any issues but when we order threw their app stuff is always messed up… It’s either missing items or the items that are personalized are not proper. Granted I can call and get it fixed but then I have to go drive to the store when the whole reason I ordered online is because I don’t have the time to take to fix mistakes. My sandwich doesn’t have lettuce, and sandwich has bbq sauce due to a dirty blade and I’m missing rolls…. Please go back threw your workers and properly educate them about reading the papers and learning about cross contamination. The pictures show the bbq sauce where it may be little but imagine someone who could be allergic and sending them to the hospital due to negligence

Great food. One of the few places I don’t have a reaction since I’m celiac. However, when you pick up your food you’re basically invisible until you yell for their attention. Waited a good 15 minutes before I spoke up because I understand when it’s busy. Apologies I came in leggings and a hoodie and didn’t look my best. But man, if you want to feel invisible. Come here.

I loved the atmosphere of the place, I came in around 3pm today and there was no line, I was greeted by a very friendly long haired girl named Lillie who made my sandwhich and salad in front of me, my husband got the nuts about barries and loved it! I got the southwest Protien bowl and it was also delicious. They offer soup samples so me and my husband got to try their soups, my kids loved their food especially the ultimate grilled cheese they offer. Overall the staff was super nice especially the girl who took our order and the food was delicious, my family will be coming back soon!

Steven was amazing! So kind and funny, and the service was so quick I was eating in like 5 seconds. Seemed like a wonderful place to work. Steven was so awesome in fact i asked him to get drinks with me afterwards. That was 7 years ago. He is gonna be my best man at my wedding this saturday.

My son ordered a love cup, which is a cup of strawberries covered in chocolate. He handed them a $20, and didn’t get his change. When he asked for his receipt it was $18 plus tax! And he didn’t even get his &.50 cents back! What a rip off!

He didn’t just take our order he genuinely cared about our experience, offering friendly advice and making sure we felt completely taken care of, which is rare these days. Pretty disappointing! We started at the salad end told the gal while she was making someone else a salad that we just wanted soup and a sandwich and she continued to ask questions and take our order and then tell us oh you need to move down the line so we moved down the line and started over. We could tell she wasn’t listening to start with. There were numerous people on the beginning of the line and only one guy doing too many things at the end of the line. Passing out to go orders , stuffing bread and strawberries in sacks, ringing up people . As you can see in the pictures the soup was just a very small scoop and the sandwich which was supposed to be a deluxe only had one small slice of tomato for the entire sandwich. Deluxe my eye! And everything was cold it took so long for them to get us through the line so we could pay!
