I just walked into your store to order 5 pizzas. Your store front says “home baked and hassle free”. That’s not at all the treatment I got from your very rude assistant manager. I asked for the 8.99 cheese pizza special with no cheese. That was one of 6 pizzas I wanted to order. Because I wanted no cheese I was very rudely told that would be $15.99. That makes no sense at all. And on top of it she was extremely rude. This store has lost a customer.

Unfortunately the Papa Murphy’s closest to me closed recently. So we took a drive to Plymouth location. Nice people, but my pizza crust was all jagged and hard on some edges.(Before baked) The Hawaiian pizza had no flavor very bland. I’m not happy.

I went to the store on Friday March 14th for the Pi/Pie Day Promotion, though the employees didn’t seem to know anything thing about it.
It was a busier Friday afternoon, though I’m not faulting the employees for that.
My order of a Large 2-topping Garlic Cheese-Stuffed Pizza wouldn’t qualify for the promo, I’m disappointed since it feels like my request to have the discount applied was just brushed aside without someone really listening.
I’m more disappointed in the management than the employees themselves, and for expensive pizza that really doesn’t taste that great…I’ll go somewhere else.

I tried Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake pizzas last night. I have seen their signs and advertisements in the past, but did not know much about them. Their pizzas are the best, hands down!!! They are fresh and they taste awesomely delicious! Our family enjoyed it.
