This is a good, affordable place to enjoy a casual meal. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, making it nice for families or friends to gather. The menu offers a solid range of options, and the food tastes good with generous portions that match the low prices. Service is friendly, though sometimes a bit slow, and food can take longer to arrive, especially during busy times. However, the staff remain polite, and the dining area is clean and well-maintained. Pros: The food tasted good, the building was pleasing.
Cons: First there was a 30-min wait for tables despite half their tables being empty, which suggests wages are lacking (not drawing new employees). Second, I took the only spot available as I was alone, at the bar- where the liquor shelf extended all the way to my shoulder (could not use my right arm for dinner). Third and fourth was unfortunately on the bartender- I normally tip very well but left my first ever $2 dinner tip tonight (only a $12 order so still a 17% tip, but I would have given $6+ otherwise). I asked for water without ice, enunciating the “out” extra clearly… got a glass full of ice with some water added. Then I ordered the beef nachos, “hold the jalapeños.” She even asked me to repeat it for clarity. A while later, I get beef nachos with no **slices of** jalapeños, but absolutely loaded with diced jalapeños in the melted queso that I couldn’t reasonably pick out. When I told her I asked for none, she told me they come already mixed in the queso… something that maybe should have been mentioned when I ordered it without. She was able to replace it with a new order using beer cheese instead, which was fine, except the kitchen must not have been happy about it because the new nachos had much less meat and guacamole- I could visually compare with my original plate that was still 2 feet away.
So bartender, if you see this: please pay attention and you’ll be rewarded with much better tips.

I had Emma for my server, by far the best customer service I’ve received at an Applebees. This is also the nicest modern Applebees I have ever seen. The food was delicious and nicely portioned. The management was nice and spoke to all the tables and made sure to be visible and even brought food out when needed. I will be back.

I’ve been here only once before.In the food was excellent, BUT the second time around there was a handful of customers, at least ten tables or uncleaned.They want a sit us at a booth that when you set down your chin would hit the table. We wanted to sit in the bar area.They wouldn’t let us because they stated.They didn’t have any servers for that area.Even though most of the tables still have food and dishes on. Three of the workers stood there at the podium and discussed, where to put us and what to do with us. So after they couldn’t cone to a solution, we all got up & left ……

Atmosphere was nice. Service was excellent. I ordered the grilled chicken & shrimp with mashed potatoes- loaded. The grilled chicken was ok but the shrimp was certainly not as advertised…very tiny, overcooked with a peculiar taste old. Masked potatoes were on the brink of being soup and the only thing loaded was a huge dollip of sour cream

Went in after going to a show in town. My wife and her best friend had a few drinks at the show so I told the manager that they would not be drinking, even though we sat at the bar. I had not drank anything all evening. I ordered myself the lemon drop flight, which consists of four flavors of lemon drop martini, served in shot glasses and made with well vodka. Very little alcohol at all. But I wanted to try them. I also ordered the chicken wonton tacos. The bartender looked me square in the face and refused to serve me. She even said her manager told her not to serve me. Im 58 and a veteran. I know if I can drink or not. I informed her that I had nothing to drink prior to arrival or that day. And I was ordering food. She still refused. I asked fir the manager. She rolled her eyes and went off to get the very same manager that I spoke to upon entering. The manager spoke with me and told her to go ahead and serve me. She continued to be rude and dismissive the rest of the time we were there. I can promise that, if I ever go back to this location, I will walk right back out if this bartender is there.

We were delighted that they offered late evening food and alcohol. Less than delighted that they only had two martini glasses that the bartender could not be bothered to wash. I’m sure she was there on a long shift but had a very unhappy attitude and took approximately five minutes to attend to us when there is no one else at the bar.
My quesadilla burger was very tasty but not wrapped like I’ve always had it and it is in the photos. Also had to ask for cutlery and salt and pepper and ketchup and smoked barbecue mayonnaise for my fries.
The buildout is very interesting and innovative.

Our waitress was Savannah. She was absolutely amazing. She was attentive and respected that we were on date night. She made sure we had everything we needed but was great at giving our private time. This is rare when dining our. We really appreciated this. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious!!! Very pleased with our experience +

I hope you aren’t hungry an hour before closing. They are going to throw your food together and IGNORE any special requests, EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR IT. Applebees used to be my go-to, now they are a no-go. What a disappointment and a waste of $25 for a FREAKING BLACKENED SHRIMP SALAD WITH EXTRA SHRIMP.
