I’ve been to Poke Express on West Craig Road multiple times, and it’s consistently one of my go-to poke spots. Everything there is delicious, and the quality has always been reliable.
I usually order the Hawaiian-style limu, spicy combo, and spicy tuna. The fish tastes fresh and well-seasoned, with that authentic island-style flavor that keeps me coming back. They don’t overload it with sauce, which I appreciate — it lets the fish shine.
I also grab sides like kimchi mussels, kimchi tako, tako (octopus), blue crab, and seaweed salad. The variety here is solid, and the flavors are always on point. Overall, this location has been consistent in freshness, portion size, and taste. Definitely one of my regular poke stops.

Really wanted poke and decided to check this place out… Sampled the salmon and it was very fishy and tasted like it was sitting there for a while. Would not recommend it. Be mindful of what you get here.

I’m born and raised from Hawaii and am Native Hawaiian mixed race, and this place is the closest to back home!
I tried so many different poke from other restaurants in vegas and nothing compares to Poke Express!
The ones that’s super ono is the Hawaiian Ahi poke, the Spicy Lava Flow Ahi poke, and Pau Hana Special Ahi.
Plus they get the usual Hawaiian drinks, Hawaii snacks and more!

The poke was excellent. Fresh and very reasonably priced. Big variety and choices. It’s just a take out place…. and it’s will worth it to order and take home the items to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d would most definitely go back when I’m in the area and want poke.

I’ve been coming here a few times a month for awhile now because the poke is consistently great, and the service is usually just as good. Unfortunately, today was a disappointing experience.
When I arrived, there were two employees behind the counter—nothing unusual—and one customer waiting to checkout at the register as well as one customer ahead of me with a larger order. After waiting for several minutes, another person walked in who appeared to be a friend of one of the employees. That employee immediately assisted his friend, even though I had been waiting, and still hadn’t been greeted or acknowledged with a simple “hello” or “I’ll be right with you.”
He helped his friend and then began checking out the party at the register without addressing the situation. When I asked whether the line didn’t matter, he didn’t respond. At that point, I left due to the frustration.
It was disappointing, especially since this is normally one of my go-to spots. I may need to visit the Summerlin location instead moving forward.

I would say this is legit the best poke place! I can’t wait to come back again. We’ve tried their 1/2lbs spicy combo Ahi ($9.12), 1/2lbs. Salmon poke with Spice sauce ($7.63) and 1/2lbs. ofKim Chi mussel poke ($3.60)!!! Everything is so delicious and highly recommended.. fresh. We will surely comeback again to try more. Must visit!
