I’m not a huge fan of butter burgers, but the staff is so friendly I had to get one. The staff greeted me when I arrived. Took my order and verified it was correct. Thanked me and delivered my food to my table. In 2026 this should be the standard everywhere, but it is not. I am glad some places still practice great customer service. I would eat at this specific location again just because of the employees!

I know fast food companies are known for their lies in their commercials, but they have the biggest of all. Going on and on and on about what a friendly and loving staff they have. These people are beyond rude. And they don’t care if they get your order right or not. They don’t care to fix it. And they throw a hissy fit when you want your money back because they won’t make the order right. Get a better attitude if you want to work with the public.

Great food, me and my partner dine here very often and we are never disappointed of the food nor the service.
This does not even taste like fast food, though it will be consider that. It’s really good. I stop maiking burgers at home and left it to these guys that know exactly how to do it.

Ordered buffalo tenders and got regular
on my way to work. Didn’t realize it until I started eating in the car. I called to get a replacement. I was told to keep the regular tenders until after my shift and replace with the correct. I was hungry and of course ate before my shift. Partially my fault because I did not check my order before I left. Anthony at the window had great customer service food was good just not what I ordered. The male I spoke to on the phone was close minded to a mistake even being made. I wish this review had the option for me to upload a photo.

After hearing great things about their fish dinner we decided to try. I had the Alaskan Cod. It was very moist and tasty. The breading was good but they left it in then fryer a tad too long. Fries were crunchy and good. Coleslaw was delicious. My wife had the shrimp dinner with onion rings. She loved it. Then onion rings were really thin but pretty good. Service was great. Definitely will be back.

This location is the best in the area! All the workers here are fast and friendly. I’ve been to other locations and have never received the great customer service they have here. Menu is great and in my personal opinion love the Culver’s deluxe meal. Great place to stop by on your lunch break or after work. This place will not disappoint.

A group of people chatting at the drive thru window not doing their jobs while my CURBSIDE order was over 10 minutes late because they put it on a shelf and forgot about it. I had to send my girlfriend in to get it and she said 5 employees were just standing at the counter talking. Disgusting service. Should’ve taken a photo of your employees not doing their jobs while my food goes cold
