I love this place! Their Vietnamese chicken sandwiches are seriously the best—my absolute favorite. You get a lot for what you pay, which makes it even better. The pho is alright, but those chicken sandwiches are insanely good—easily my favorite thing on the menu.

Was having a sad cloudy Seattle kind of day and decided to find a pho place close to work and this place brightened my day. Had no idea there were any pho places in Magnolia, parking was free, service was nice, and the deluxe pho was delicious. Some other review complained about the amount of toppings they received, but for a large pho for myself it was perfect and no toppings were left wasted. Also nestled in a cute quiet neighborhood if you need somewhere to chill for a while.

Went to Time 4 Pho for the first time. It was very delicious . Ordered their bbq pork spring rolls and steak/meatballs pho. Flavors were on point, the pho’s broth is very flavorful, and everything about it was perfect!!! Customer service was friendly!!! Highly recommended! Love love love it

The restaurant is clean the pho beef broth was flavorful hot and delicious. Would love to to have basil leaves as well but maybe they ran out. I will absolutely be back.

The worst Pho I’ve ever had. Took 3 bites & walked out.
The broth was clear, salty & lacking any flavor. The 2 pieces of tendon I had (deluxe bowl) were uncooked, non chewable and had large bone fragments in them. The noodles were at the bottom of the ball in a tight wad all stuck together.
I was given cilantro & onions on the side. When I asked for Basil they said they don’t have any and never do?? Are you kidding me?
She half-heartedly whispered to me if I wanted a refund or not. I declined and departed.
It’s been more than 5 years since I was here last & the place has gone downhill aggressively. I walked in just before noon and left about 1215 & the place was completely empty which makes total sense.
Avoid this place. Literally go to ANY other Pho joint in the area.

The family that runs this establishment is delightful, excellent service with tasty food. We ordered three bowls of pho, chicken teriyaki, shrimp spring rolls, and pork egg rolls. Everything was hot and delicious. I highly recommend you try this hidden gem. Portions are massive!

Want to watch a master at work eat here the appearance on the outside might look a little run down but there is plenty of outside seating and this is some of the best pho broth I have the pleasure of having in seattle. I love that I can watch the .aster work because the kitchen. Is very open you can see the time he takes to out into his craft and make the clearest best tasting pho broth not oily at all. Lunch can get busy but only because not only the ph0 but his sandwiches are to die for
