The food was delicious, with generous portions and outstanding service. Our dishes arrived exactly as requested, with all modifications handled quickly and without any issues. The kitchen was fast, and the atmosphere was lively thanks to the live music. There’s plenty of space for large family gatherings, a giant TV screen on the patio to watch sports games, and lots of convenient parking. My family loved it, and we’ll definitely come back with a bigger group. They also have many different events throughout the week. Even though the place wasn’t full, the singer still put on a great show for everyone there. My aunt was especially excited and had a wonderful time.

First the bathroom, it was disgusting my daughter couldn’t even use the bathroom because there was pee all over the floor, the bathroom door to the men’s bathroom was open fully you can smell what’s coming from in there. We were sat by the girl in the front at a dirty table, the floor under the table was wet & sticky so we moved to the table next to it. The girl that served us was really sweet can’t complain about her. Now the food, the empanadas were good. The bandeja paisa was awful the palomilla steak was dry, the beans were cold, the avocado was mostly black, the arepa was hard, the two microscopic maduros they put also cold. No we didn’t complain because for what? So they can take the food back or mess with the food. The Colombian churrasco was ok but again the rice was cold the beans, cold. The chicharrón the skin was soggy the meat was hard. Also they add the tip to your bill which wasn’t that big of a deal since our sever was nice but imagine getting a bad server & being obligated to tip. We should have left after being seated at a dirty table & the bathrooms conditions but we decided to give it a try because of the great reviews plus it was late & we were hungry. Now I’m out 200+ dollars. Never again.

Rancho Mateo is such a great spot! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and tasted fresh and authentic. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing food and great service from Christian.

This past week I went to Rancho Mateo a Colombian restaurant in Las Americas Shopping Center. At first glance, this place looked nice. Had colorful and fun decor all over and it was so beautiful to look at. The part where I and my family were sitting was particularly very noisy since they offered live music and it was so loud compared to other restaurants. I enjoy eating in peace preferably with not-so-loud music. So Eventually sat outside and the food came and it didn’t take so much time. But honestly, the price of the food wasn’t the best to be worth 25 dollars. I probably won’t return since my waiter and my food weren’t the best and they should probably lower their prices.
