There are a few reasons why I give this place a 3 star, there was no flavor to the chicken wings. Did order a few flavors but all the wings tasted the same, none were seasoned.
The wings were cooked well and had a good crisp though. The fountain drinks were all flat. They over charge on vegetables. You barely get a whole carrot and celery in the basket. I didn’t know that they sugared their fries. It’s not my personal fav. The fries were decent. Just not a fan of sweetened fries.

The ratings from other reviews explains a lot Customer service is ridiculous here. A girl name yetzely was extremely rude, they got our order wrong and once we told them about it she gave an attitude about it. She continued to roll her eyes and talking back about how she didnt want to remake the item they got wrong. We filled out a survey for free fries and she denied giving it to us until our next visit, when every other time we get it in that same order. We called the manager over and even he saw and acknowledged her attitude was unacceptable. Overall the service was horrible, why work in customer service when you can’t deal with customers?

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! They are clearly not cleaning the chicken and are feeding this to people! I threw away the entire order! This was a large order for a birthday party yet upon splitting and fixing plates we discovered huge feathers all over the chicken! They literally went from bag to fryer and there is no way to miss these feathers but yet they decided to feed this to people! So disgusted and you can not play with chicken and the cleanliness of it before cooking! I wish i could post video but see photos

Just know if you order online they won’t start your order until you get there. I ordered online and it was estimated that the food would be ready in 7-10 minutes. It took me 10 minutes to drive from my house to the restaurant and when I got there my food wasn’t ready even though the board said it was. The girls were just standing around chatting when I walked in. I watched them start my order and make it the entire time I was there ~15minutes.

As soon as we walked in, we were asked if we were here for to go. we didnt get asked for here or to go, only to go. We say no, dine in. We get asked our orders name, then get asked again by the same asian guy if we wanted it to go and we said no, dine in. at the end, he asked. “is it for to go?” I say no, dine in again for the third time. We get our food, it’s in a to go bag with a to go label. When we requasted for dine in three times to the same asian guy that work that day at 3:41pm. It was giving the vibe he didnt want us there nor were we welcomed. I don’t know if it’s because we were black and everyone else was given the option to dine in but it felt like it. Mind you, we aint from here, so we just wanted to dine in and eat our foods indoors, it was raining. Not only this, we had no utilities in the bag and the food was so overcooked. The wings were to hard to eat, that we couldnt even eat most of it. Waste of my money. Do not come here if youre black, they do not welcome you here.
