This was the first place we went to breakfast upon arriving at our campsite the previous night. We drove around looking for a place in Vancleave, the other places had fewer cars than BJ’s. So, if they are busy, they might be good. Man, they did not disappoint! I ordered the biscuit and gravy and an order of cheese grits. The size of that biscuit with the gravy was all I needed for breakfast! That biscuit was huge and so good! If that wasn’t made in house, I’d be very suprised! They don’t have a menu online, but they should! Here in half the biscuit with the gravy and my cheese grits! Family owned, and support small business!

Hometown atmosphere. Where everybody knows your name kinda place. Good food. Beware a full order of biscuits and gravy is HUGE! You’ll save money though because you won’t have to eat again for 24 hours.

I heard many good things about BJs. I went by yesterday and bought 3 giant orders of biscuits and gravy for myself, and a local family. (I’m from Diberville).
I may be mistaken, but I believe my 3 giant orders of biscuits and gravy, were may with yesterday’s crunchy leftover hamburgers, chunked mixed into the gravy. Prefer sausage gravy myself. Y’all can keep the biscuits and hamburger gravy!

I went in and ordered a biscuit with jelly, I got it in less than 5 minutes, and it was huge. The coffee was also really good. Very home-style. It isn’t a dump by any means, and it isn’t too bourgeois, just perfect. The two ladies who work there were very nice. The food was very affordable. Definitely will be back.
