This place is horrible!!! I spent $114!! In all 3 of my dinners the potatoes was half done,broccoli was over cooked,didn’t get my corn, and my extra crab claw. The butter tasted as if they mixed it with cigarette ashes!!! No type of seasoning!!! I called and ask to speak with a manager, and some guy name Mo said he was the manager. But can clearly tell he was lying! It took 2days for me to get any type of reimbursement. And it wasn’t even worth it!!! This place is horrible!! If I eat seafood boil it will be my own or a sit down restaurant that is creditable and knows how to treat there customers!!! This was my reimbursement!!

I’ve been going here for a while the last time they messed up my food. OK first time it’s ok always have no problem with my food. This time I ordered again. They gave me small wings. If you’re gonna give small wings at least throw a little extra I asked for crispy fries I did not get crispy fries pizza puff was still cold in the middle. Also broccoli was way. Overcooked and potatoes were not done. I’m not coming back. Customer service is horrible Kids always in the back.

Everything was great. I ordered 2 pans of crab legs,shrimp, lobster tails, crawfish,muscles,eggs,and beef sausage….it was all perfect and cooked just right. It came with potatoes broccoli and corn and the taste good too. The customer service was awesome everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. The price was very good for the amount of food I got. I also had a tbone steak that was tender seasoned well and delicious. I will definitely be back

The food tastes horrible and made my family and I have diarrhea. We were all running to the toilet. My poor grandson smelled like a outhouse. He messed in the bed. The smell was so foul. I had to make an extra trip there because they gave us crab legs instead of shrimp. We spend money there all of the time. The cashier attitude was funny after they messed up our order. My allergies was acting up terrible. My eyes was red, burning and itching. When you spend almost a $100. dollars they should have more hospitality. I was already miserable without getting food poisoning.

So I’ve been going here since I discovered it in November and today is the second time they’ve messed up. First please tell me how 3 $19.99 meals equal $80.40?? Second how did I order 3 1 pound shrimp meals and got 2 and 1 crab leg which I can’t eat because I currently only have 1 hand I can use. Lastly the food don’t even taste good tonight. After being in the hospital due to me an innocent sleeping bystander being shot this is all I’ve wanted. Sad to say you’ve lost a few customers. I literally went here maybe 4 to 5 times a month or more but that’s canceled. Well now the whole family has the runs including the kid. Thanks for the food poisoning.
