Gwen was very helpful on our recent visit with a large party of 12. We were seated relatively quickly during the early afternoon when only one or two other diners were present. She took care of us quickly and comprehensively, even willing to clarify and ask questions.
The menu is a decent size, not too much and not too little, though most of our party was from out of state and a bit perplexed at the lack of alcoholic drinks available. This would be my only true demerit for the establishment.
The food was quite good. Above average in quality and portions.

Went to Los Hermanos for lunch today and it is definitely a family restaurant, there are no alcoholic beverages on the menue and the decor made me feel like i stepped into a place where i myself could have whitnessed bullfighting and listened to authentic music played on the piano like im sure you could play with the piano in the restaurant, the menue was small and consise and the ingredients were listed nice and clear, the drink in the picture is the Diablo Rojo, it is a smoothie blend of strawberries and blackberries. It was delicious and refreshing for a hot day like today was down In provo. I ordered the pulled pork Taquitos and they were pretty good for what they were, deep fried well enough that it was all not raw but the first two layers were the crispiest, the filling was a mix of a green chilli sauce and the pulled pork. The chilli sauce added a nice heat to the pork although it was missing something, if there was a sour cream in it or came as a dip rather than the guacamole it would have added the necessary creaminess it desperately needed.
The pork inside was delicious and shredded perfectly and the chilli sauce was a nice touch but lacked salt. The service was amazing, the server was attentive and did a good job juggling training someone new and tending to me, my aunt and my mom. Other than the stellar service I would say the best part was the smoothie, highly recommend it!

Los Hermanos in Provo is always such a great experience! The food is consistently delicious — fresh chips and salsa, flavorful entrees, and everything comes out hot and fast. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, whether you’re going for a casual lunch or dinner with friends.
We were taken care of by Angela and she was amazing! So attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. She made sure our drinks stayed filled and checked in at just the right times. You can tell she really cares about her customers.
If you go, definitely ask for her — you won’t be disappointed!

I love the atmosphere of this location and the food was absolutely delicious. But what I feel like really stole the show was the service. We had Angela as our server and she was AMAZING. She answered all of our questions, she was incredibly kind and very attentive to us and our needs. I hope that each time we come we get to sit in her section.

My wife and I have been going to Los Hermanos for 25 years. The quality has slipped a bit, but still pretty good. We like the specialty drinks like the Cold Fusion, and usually get the fajitas. The fajitas come with more fixins than what you typically find in a Mexican restaurant.

My family and I went into Los Hermanos in Provo this last week and had the BEST waitress I think we have ever had. Angela was so attentive, checked in on us and made sure our drinks were always full. My kids said it she was the best we have ever had and I agree 100%. If it’s been a while since you’ve been in, you should go and request Angela as your server. You won’t be disappointed, I promise!

Our waitress was Sammy and she did an amazing job! I’m gluten free and she answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the menu. They’re happy to modify meals to make them gluten friendly. They also offer a 10% military discount. Overall we had a great experience and the food was delicious!

There’s never been a problem that chips and salsa couldn’t fix! Los Hermanos has been a favorite of mine since my college days at BYU. Everyone is always so kind and the service is top notch! Angela especially goes above and beyond to greet us with a smile, make sure we’re enjoying our meal, and having a great experience. Can’t wait to come back again soon!
