The service at this location is top notch. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We also enjoyed a ham early in December and their smoked turkey both in December and for New Year’s Day. The reason for the 3 star rating was the Prime Rib. We paid close to $200 for it and over half was inedible due to all the fat. I know it’s a fatty cut, but the pictures show how bad it was.

Not only is their ham and turkey the BEST you’ll find anywhere, but the team here truly cares about their customers. They were kind, helpful, and made sure we were taken care. That kind of care and customer service is rare these days. We’ll continue coming back every holiday — they make every meal feel special.

My wife just had a very disheartening experience at this honey baked ham location. She waited in line for over 40 minutes. Once she got to the front of the line she was told that if she did not pre-pay that she would not be able to make a purchase. Nowhere on the website, on the storefront, nor is there anyone there to let people know that you cannot purchase their products if you did not pre-pay. This is terrible business. We have also filed a complaint with the honeybaked ham corporation for this franchise location.

This is absolutely the best location in Cincinnati. Twice I’ve had to leave the Kenwood store to go to this location for one reason or another. Kenwood always presents problems redeeming coupons or reward points.

Had a coupon for a Ham but since we bought it online we couldn’t use it or get a credit. Tried in store and called customer service. Seems silly to not take care of a customer over 5 bucks. Poor customer service

They have so delicious and fresh sandwiches. I tried classic smoked turkey sandwiches meal, I highly recommend it. I didn’t try their bacon sandwiches. You have to visit and enjoying the foods.
