Fantastic food — truly delicious!
Alex and the entire team were incredibly accommodating. They helped us choose and try some of the best Vietnamese dishes: bún chả, phở bò, summer spring rolls, and their special pancake. Everything was amazing, and they even showed us the proper way to eat each dish.
They kept refilling our vegetables and made sure we had everything we needed. Such warm, thoughtful service and authentic flavors.

Dinner was an incredible journey through vibrant, fresh flavors that started with a beautifully colorful papaya salad with beef, featuring tender strips of meat mixed with shredded papaya, crunchy peanuts, and purple cabbage. The appetizers continued with a fantastic variety of rolls, including crispy golden spring rolls and delicate translucent summer rolls, all served on a traditional banana leaf with a tangy dipping sauce. For the main course, a savory lemongrass and pepper duck, with succulent pieces of meat infused with aromatic citrus notes and a bold peppery kick, perfectly paired with a steaming bowl of fluffy white rice. To round out the evening on a sweet note, the meal concluded with a silky, gold-topped crème caramel resting in a pool of dark syrup, accompanied by a deep, aromatic cup of black coffee.

I traveled through several cities in Vietnam for almost a month, and this restaurant was the worst I encountered. It’s strange that this wasn’t in a remote village or small town, but rather in bustling Hanoi. Tracy, the staff member, was the only truly disappointing employee I met on this trip. She was constantly on her phone. After we had been seated for quite some time, and several dishes had already been served, there was only one pair of chopsticks and two small bowls on the table, while she remained seated on a stool next to us, smiling and playing on her phone. We had to piece together our own utensils from a nearby table. Furthermore, because it was evening when we arrived, she told us we only had one minute to order. If we couldn’t order, why were we taken upstairs? And once upstairs, why were we not given time to look at the menu and only one minute to order? Perhaps, as many negative reviews have mentioned, this restaurant is so busy that it doesn’t care about its customers’ feelings. It was a truly terrible experience.

Many vegan and vegetarian options which was really good for us and the regular food was looking really good too.

When we came the restaurant was packed and there was a line , luckily we had a reservation so i would recommend reserving a spot.

Kai is a lovely waiter who taught us how to eat the dishes of Hanoi, which made our experience excellent. The staff were friendly and organised. The food was delicious. You have to wait during busy periods, but the food comes very quickly once ordered.

Waiters speak good English and responsive, however the food tasted below average. Roasted meat served was not hot although on a sizzling plate for Bun Cha, same for roasted pork in bamboo tube. The Bun Cha soup was too sweet. The beef of Pho Bo was tough, noodle portion was little. Summer rolls were close to tasteless. Overall a disappointment.

Food was delicious and fast! Would highly recommend the grilled beef in bamboo tube and the fried tofu in scallion oil. Our server, John, was exceptional. He was so patient in explaining the dishes, and I even noticed him teaching another table the proper way to eat certain dishes. He even took extra checks on every dish we ordered to ensure there was no pork as I can’t have them.
Our bill came close to 825,000 dong but tbf we ordered for like 3-4 people even though there was just the 2 of us. IT WAS THAT GOOD!

This was our first meal in Vietnam in this wonderful restaurant with lovely food. No need to book as we walked straight in. We ordered the bahn xeo, fried spring rolls, grilled fish and pillow noodles and two beers. Flavours were amazing and the service was 10/10 with our waiter Finn. Price came to just under 600k which is very reasonable as we were so full.

It is good. Definitely worth a visit. I especially recommend their Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Pancake), it’s really good we need to order another portion.
Overall the food is great, service is fast and friendly. Our waiter Mr. SHIN really did his best to service us and is very attentive. He asked kindly for a review and that explain the high number of review on google maps.
