It all began on January 27, 1958. With $50 in the cash register, Del and Helen Johnson opened “Sizzler Family Steak House” in in Culver City, California. This was the place where everyone could enjoy a great steak dinner at an affordable price. Today, we strive to serve the best hand-cut steaks at the most affordable price for the whole family with the addition of a broad, all-American menu and an abundance of fresh and healthy options. Sizzler is the restaurant where America comes to satisfy its appetite with U.S.D.A. Choice steaks cut fresh daily and cooked over an open flame, fresh seafood, and premium craft soup and salads prepared fresh daily.

I ordered a ribeye steak through the DoorDash app and went to your restaurant to pick up my order. When I went inside, I told them I was there to pick up my order, and I was met with a rude “Sit down here.” I then waited for my order, and even though it was ready, nobody informed me, and I received my order cold. Later, when I opened the package at home to eat my meal, I found that the steak was completely burnt. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant; my rating is 0. Encountering such rude staff was also unacceptable. After eating a few pieces of the burnt meat, I had to throw it in the trash.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The service was nice with very unpersonal replies from the staff.
The food was what one would expect. It was decent with little flavor and what I considered extremely salty.
I am not really complaining because I had low expectations from the start.
I went here because I was in a rush and did not know where other option to eat would be located.
This place was nothing special but it did fit my needs. I am not sure if I would really want to return.

On Wednesday, I came to have lunch with my family and it was my first time here and Carmen was our server, she provided excellent service while being the only server on the floor. She always had a smile on her face and very attentive. Great service and good food, would come again!

After helping the Lady’s Barfly Society set up a an old antique copper still in Helga Grouper, their Grand Master’s backyard, I was beat and ready for dinner! Helga had promised to take me to a steakhouse for my help but she had it delivered instead, and…It was from the Sizzler steakhouse!

The Sizzler was conveniently right next to the Hilton where we were staying. Our first time going and the Service from the Cashier taking our order was Horrible!!! So not used to being treated like this. We definitely Will NOT EVER go back!! Management needs to make sure their Employees treat Customers with Respect!!

Literally, my first ever visit to a Sizzler. Was still surprised to see the old dreary outdated wood decor from the 80s? And the carpet was dead.
Upgraded to the New York strip for both meals along with mushrooms and onions. One with the 6 piece butterfly shrimp and the other with all you can eat popcorn shrimp. Everything was cooked perfectly for the most part although 1 steak was supposed to be more medium but turned out to be medium rare but not a huge deal. The butterfly shrimp was pretty good along with the fixings except the quality of the steak was pretty low-a bit chewy and bland. I couldn’t believe how much shrimp was poured onto the plate. I was trying to direct myself to finish but I left a few.
Skip the free soft cheese bread and salad bar for $8. Service was acceptable. Soft serve ice cream was ok. Won’t be coming back though.

The plastic fork broke while cutting the meat.
The potatoes were hard, and the steak was overly salty.
The only decent menu items here are the burger and French fries.
The French fries are seasoned, so there’s no need for dipping sauce.

Ribeye was a touch dry, even at medium. Service was fine, oldies on the radio. I got the Steak and Endless Shrimp (usually tri-tip, but you can upgrade to the ribeye).

We are usually getting salads bars. They have lots of items to choose. I like their wings, orange chickens, and clams chowder. Pretty clean and roomy. Parking is excellent. I do recommend this place.
